The right time to buy a lot of bitcoins is when the market is falling, if you see that the market is falling and a lot of people are panic selling then that is the right time to take advantage of the situation and ready your fiat money to buy a lot of cheap bitcoins and when you bought some bitcoins at the crashing market then you just need to hold it for at least a week (If you want to swing trade it) and if you see a recovery in the market then you can start unloading or selling your bitcoin for profits.

Right, there is a possibility that after the segwit, all of the price of the coins will suddenly increase. After the news about the split and segwit was announced, many users have sold their bitcoin because they were afraid that bitcoin would continue to go down. It was a great opportunity to buy bitcoin because after that, the price suddenly pumps and now it is $3000. Those who have panic selling might feel devastated because of what happened. It was a big loss after all.

It is always important for all of us to remember that we should buy at low price and sell at high price, it is a basic rule to gain profit here.

It's always a perfect time to buy bitcoins as long as you have cash on hand. You have to know only if you afford to buy and when it comes to selling it, make sure that you have profit from your original capital as you buy bitcoin. Good thinking. There is really no time for it specially the buying part. But one problem with buyers, they always want it cheaper and I guess we all agree with that.
But if we all just keep on waiting for that cheaper price then we might be always late if suddenly it will increase in value. We have always needed to take the risk here.

According to current events, I guess bitcoin price will drop back a bit when bip148 activated and there are some bad news regarding chain split, even though I am sure it's not gonna happen, miners keep signaling for BIP91 and bip148 is pointless at the moment.
But, who knows what will be happen on August, whether miners will support bip148 or not.
My concern is; as long as segwit could be implemented, then bitcoin price should increase again.

I agree with your opinion, it's good before you buy bitcoin you have to look at chart trends to make sure when there should buy and when you should sell, and learn it to minimize the risk that you will experience later, so you can avoid it, You can generate profitable profits

But the charts are directly related to the timer they are in. Look at how prices change since August 1 is nearing about last week ago prices drop to 1800$ level right now prices are above 2800$ due to the fact of the majority of the traders are feeling confident about August 1.
