Holding for so long is what everyone is recommending if you choose to be a day trader, it's up to you and you should be depending on daily trends and happening. But if you'll just keep on buying let's say 5% from your semi-monthly or monthly salary as it serves as your investment and spare money then that's a good one. Well, I think the best time to buy bitcoin is when people are panic and the price of bitcoin started dropping or when you know there is a price boost coming like right now - November's fork is changing everything. People are know buying bitcoin waiting for chain split to get Bitcoin Gold (BTG) for free. People know if they buy bitcoin now they will surely make profit after the fork when they sell their bitcoin Gold (BTG).

Buy low sell high. You will buy when the price is affected much by several factors. Let us take a look back at china banning ICOs, or JP Morgan guy saying that bitcoin is a fraud. If such instances affect bitcoin's price, wait for the low point and then buy. When bitcoin becomes bullish and is growing fast, wait for the perfect time and then sell.

As you said, you need to learn a lot in the world of trading and that is very much true. You need to learn how to study charts for making better decisions. Secondly, think very well before making any decision related to buying and selling of bitcoin.

I think trading is not so easy as we think it. In fact trading is a profession, which required proper education and knowledge. Those people who do not have proper knowledge or education i do not think that they can become successful trader. For most of the time we see that inexperienced trader mostly lose their money, because they mostly do not have any experience or trading skill. It's simple actually, buy bitcoins when the price going down and sell bitcoins when the price of bitcoin going up but in reality it's really hard to do that. We don't know when is the right time to do that both. Also you need to up to date about bitcoin news and cryptocurrency news, you can predict what will happen into the bitcoin price, because the bitcoin price is really sensitive about news.

First of all stock trading and crypto trading is quite different,in stock ,you can read graphs and predict the outcome more easly as compared to crypto trading.crypto trading depend only on market and hype ,whales dominate the crypto market so there comes the big risk of loosing your coin.crypto trading is more rapidly active than stock thus cause pump and dump series.
