I completely agree with you. The company already has starting capital, the game works. No need to wait half a year or a year when the company will launch the game. All the chances of completing the ICO in one day.

I find this project really interesting and would love to invest but I have a question:

If I understand correctly all the money in the fund has to be raised during the ICO and there is no way to increase the money under your management afterwards since you always pay out % of the profits, right? This seems problematic to me as you'll hardly be able to grow your business. The  management fee will always stay the same, so the performance fee is your only additional stream of income. In your white paper you state as long term goals.
How is this supposed to work if you don't raise that money during the ICO? Or am I completely missing something here?

I think 1st August is not a very good date to start ICO, most exchanges BTC deposit/withdraw is disabled due to bitcoin scaling issue, but I am sure nothing will happen with bitcoin, they only takes precautions. isn't it wise to postponed the ICO until mid of august maybe ?

The token sale is not designed to raise funds for development. Unlike most other ICOs, the ShadowTokens represent 100% ownership in Shadow Era: the digital game, physical cards, and IP. It's transitioning from a single owner to a board of directors overseeing community-driven development.

The game is already operational and successful and has huge income potential once a new user acquisition campaign starts. "Profits" is of course defined as income minus expenses. So the board will decide on their budget and how much they will spend to grow the game, but there is no company that is keeping any profit, it 100% goes to the token holders. Other revenue streams such as physical card sales and perhaps future merchandising are also there.

I've downloaded this game (shadow era) in playstore. But I do not yet understand how to play it, which I like is the effect in that game. Nice and fun, mengkin with the addition of more effects, this game will be much better again. Success for this project
