I've been looking at this currency at the top of wheretomine for a while now. Part I can't figure out, where do you sell this stuff?  Requests in the forums?  I do my primary selling thru BTC-e and really don't see any good places that deal with this currency.

JR

Yeah... I've been doing most of my trading on cryptsy. If you haven't tried them yet, you should.

The following pool is still there, active, and maintained since the beginning of Franko:

cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8111 -u yourFRKaddress/0.0035 -p . --queue 0 -s 1

statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8111. This pool uses a PPLNS payout scheme, and is stratum enabled. The PPLNS window is set to only one hour.

/0.0035 set a minimal share difficulty, and lower useless network traffic.

Hey all, as I was getting many requests, I have made a pool for Franko: https://frk.epools.org/
Pool fee is 1.5%, payout scheme is PPLNS.
Only stratum is supported by now.

Come join us!

Hi I just started mining this coin at 260 Khash/s on a pool, but I only got 3 shares after ~15 minutes.  I think it's because it's detecting new blocks too fast, and my slow setup can't keep up.  Could that be the case?  If so, I guess this isn't the coin for me.

I think it's because erundook has vay too harsh vardiff system, I saw it at his ARG pool, when network gets low diff, blocks are coming very fast, and with erundooks vardiff system you can see in cgminer smth like this: new block, new block, new block, yes! accepted share, new block, new block, new block etc...
May be it could be better to give users (for example, it could be useful for users with low hashrate) an alternative, such as an option to set up workers diff manually (on the workers settings page), or remain in automatic.
Because if you, for example, will use only one worker for all your graphic cards, you'll see very strange picture))
Erundook, please, consider this.

vardiff is now set up to start with share diff 128 and then adjust to keep your share count around 10 shares per minute. hope that helps

The franko website says,

"Get your money FASTER.

Franko provides faster transaction confirmations (30 seconds on average)...
"

Is this due to unpopularity (nobody uses it, so it is faster to use) or some fundamental difference in the code?  Or is this bs?
