You won't get any PoS if you encrypt your wallet, it has to be open.

If you keep it on an exchange you will not get 5% POS. You have to keep it in the Signatum wallet, and you have to run the wallet constantly to stake the coins. Almost forgot... first you have to code the wallet at the settings menu, then close it, start it again, then unlock it and after it will stake your coins. It will stake mature coins only, coins become mature coins after 60 confirmations.
