Anyone optimized sgminer kernel for ATI ?
The official one is already pretty optimized. Has some issues with chips before Hawaii though. yeah, tried it on a 270x and it hashes at approx 700khs, but no shares found. But even if shares were found,well.. 700khs.. ? W0lf has some public kernels for cubehash, fugue, skein, don't know if it would make some speedup . I have been trying to make those work for older GPUs. Lets see where they take us. They're DESIGNED for older GPUs, and should work outta the box as long as you know the actual hash func. Are you interested in working on this, or it's not gonna happen? Is there coin in it? I *could* do the job asleep with one paw tied behind me. Waiting on reply to this. Hah, i thought maybe you are interested in making a faster amd miner and selling it like it's happening with ccminer. So you can make coins with it, yes Lol he means he will do it for a fee. It will be open source for Amd cards but for certain SIGT coins. Post your SIGT address @wolf0. Someones been posting this coin on claymore thread.

AMD is weak on GPU coins, get used!
It is on certain coins, but not sure on SIGT. Maybe wofl0 can improve it. Imagine How many cards mining ether and forks, if those will be on SIGT, it will get raped.

Hey Palgin, I'm getting 46 MH with a 1080Ti - I'm guessing the 50+ is at 100% power? I usually run at 75% for power consumption

Maybe for 2-5%, but whats the point if NV have huge lead...... AMD users need to get from their high horses, AMD is weak on most GPU algos! and this one is that

Question -
I have been thinking of stepping up to 'community leader' position in this coin. Basically being the face of the project for the world. So that people know there is a real person behind it.
Of course, this also includes me using my contacts to help with all aspects of the project, and of course I myself helping, like I did with cryptopia getting listed there.
I would like to do this for everyone here, if that's alright with everyone.
Any questions feel free to ask, nothing to hide here.
I work full-time crypto, so I would have the time along with the contacts, to help further things along for SIGT. I very much enjoy helping solid projects, getting new people involved, and just giving and helping in general. So this would be quite fun for me.
Just wanted to post here and let everyone know what I was thinking, and make sure everyone would be fine with that before just giving myself the title.
I work closely with SIGT current devs, and have others that are working on SIGT things as well.
Let me know if you're all okay with this, and if not, why?
If anyone has any legitimate concerns, we can definitely talk about it, but I can say for certain that I'll do everything I can to help things get where they should go.
Thanks!

Difficulty really has spiked. I'm down to 6.5 coin per hour now. nope it seems 9k-11k atm. It was 11k-14k several hours ago. And the price is up to 2700 sat. It could be a good time for exchange trade but that needs investing in the buy order of course

Crowetic - I don't know you and am not in a position to judge you, but would like you to address the acrimony RE: the BURST coin project and your association with it. I'm too new to the crypto game to know all the details (don't need them), but want to make sure that any issue related to the past is buried so we can move forward as a community without old baggage popping up. SIGT is a very exciting opportunity and one that we really have one chance to execute properly. Thanks! Deanerific

Deanerific Well, I have a few thousand $$ of worthless asset shares because of an unfair asset closure (if you can even call it that) due to Crowetic's decision making. And I wasn't even one of the "large" shareholders of his assets. My losses pale in comparison to others', because at the end of the day, we were lied to. He claimed the "face of the project" role in Burst as well. I suggest this community doesn't make the same bad choices as Burst did.
