Try my miner instead, seems you're using tpruvot's version from the first page, for that miner speed is fair for 1070. With my version you'll get something around 26 MH, haven't tested on 1070's . Link's in this post.

If I remember it right, 7xx series are CC 3.0, without CC 3.0 code tuning I won't be able to compile for that old cards. Lowest CC I can build for without messing with code is 3.5, try this one

Try pointing OpenCL platform directly to sgminer, there should be an option. Seems like you have integrated video or Nvidia/AMD mixed platforms on one host.

The miners could get more optimized ?

Yes. But you can set some value to make it stable and good for now. Here are my settings

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 70

sgminer.exe -k skunkhash -o stratum+tcp://sigt.pool.mn:8732 -u user.worker -p password -I 20

Giving 16 Mh on each card stable since hours without a single hiccup.

I was using it but not working. Do you have the" skunkhash" folder and files in it or just Kernel one?I might be missing something.  Can you please share? I would appreciate it very much.

Hmm, looks like Wine's problem, think it'd be easier to build ubuntu bins, just wait a bit, seems today it'll be a free day for me and I'll mess with a code if there won't be any other activities on my todo list
