How many Signatums are needed to run full node when it's POS?

No minimum, you will get an annual 5% reward (paid daily) for any amount in your wallet

to my understanding, 5% yearly paid daily... so you will get a small percentage daily that will equal 5% yearly Smiley

annual 5% ... means per year. That's about 0.014% paid daily.
