They hopefully burn them in and start shipping then.
Yep, in august we can receive it and sell for 1/3 of payed price (or mining two years with same effect). Time is ticking and ROI in free fall. Anti client irresponsible bussines policy, nothing personal (need more money for cocaine?). Do not forget, do not forgive!

They may give everyone a partial refund or somethin

Not may, but must give. I cannot believe what prime cost for each device can be above 10% relative to payed price. BitSyncom pretend for extremely large profit via extreme clients loss. At 5 may 2013 difficulty was 10M, and now it 30M, so price must be reduced proportionally.

Yes, but very small time window for make decision. Also timeline two weeks for shipping now exceeded, and order still "Processing". Due large delivery time to Russia (~3 weeks), me very sad. What I can do? Just not pay tax in customs, and unprofitable device returned back to producer?

Do what all the other Batch3 folks are doing who opted not to take the refund... mine with it and hope to turn a profit or try to sell it and hope to turn a profit.

Looks like they started to mass produce again. 5 Thash/s is working at eligius right now at the avalon adress. They hopefully burn them in and start shipping then.
Wow, over 7TH at one point. If history is any predictor, the next wave should be out the door in the next few hours or days.

Anyone here knows what to add in the "more options" area? Right now it says --real-quiet (what does this mean?)

On my batch #2, I use --avalon-auto --avalon-freq 285-365 --avalon-temp 50 I set chip frequency at 285. The machine starts slowly and ramps up. Mine almost always stays between 343 and 347 MHz, each machine picks it's own characteristic frequency. I am using the ck klovias 20130703 firmware.

I set them at 350 and they are doing 110MH/s each.
I seriously doubt that.

I seriously doubt that. My 4-module, batch3 avalon has been up for over 13 hours and has averaged 109.5GH/s.

Bitsyncom can certainly afford to refund people at this point - 600 x BTC25 would only be BTC15k. About the cost of 1.5 boxes of chips.
It would certainly do a lot for their reputation.
