UPDATE: July 22
All languages updated with lowest bids. Most of the messages and comments on the thread
that we have received had no bid listed, so they were excluded.

Also, most bids are starting around .01btc which is fine, but we are looking for
more in the .005btc range. $13USD is plenty for translating the 2 small paragraphs
we have on our Announcement thread, it's only 200 words.
If .01btc is the lowest bid, we will choose not to translate into that language.
