It is easy to reject the idea of death penalty when we initially think that it means taking someone else's life. But, when you are in the situation where someone did an inhumane and brutal thing to one of your family members, I doubt that you would still have the same answer or belief, so it is definitely a "Yes" for me.

So you need to clearly define what is "within the reasonable limits". Your opinion and measurement may vary from that of someone else. This may create confusion, and in the end the criminal may benefit out of it.

I believe everyone should have a second change or countless of chances to change.  Death penalty is just too much.  I don't think that still happens but if it does its not good enough.

I do believe that only god knows when is the right time and where is the right place to take away the lives that we borrowed from him. But i also believe that each and everyone has the right to live and has the opportunity to change for a better. That's why i dont agree in the concept of death penalty we are just disobeying the command of jesus that never kill people and also killing people is not the solution to stop the crime rate we are just showing that we are no difference from them just always think that a wrong cannot be corrected by another wrong.

Absolute rubbish. My problem here is that you are concerned only about the human rights of criminals, and not about the victims. Criminals who rape and murder doesn't deserve any human rights in my opinion. Because human rights is only for humans.

The problem is, for some people, the death penalty isn’t that bad of a punishment. Some want to die, and some just don’t think it’s that bad. Others believe that there is a life after death that they will enjoy.

The death penalty should only be used, in my opinion, when someone doesn’t want it.

If someone kills someone else and wants to die, they shouldn’t be allowed to.

The only people who should receive the death penalty are those murderers who don’t want it.
