Datum is going into healthcare? That is funny, I remember discussing medical data in this thread. Well Datum, good luck with that, you have just opened Pandora's Box.
Where did you find something about healthcare ? I bought that non-disclosure information from the Datum developer's private account on the Datum platform Really? Nothing heard of it before. Healthcare is a difficult thing, since there are not so many competitors on the market, who could be interested in your data (excluding normal companies who are selling medics and so on, these I count under "normal market") my first thought was insurances. Actually, it can be very lucrative for both parties. It was a good brainstorming than few pages ago and they agree with us without saying it

I had a feeling this was a scam with a lot of effort put into it. Fuck. I lost a few hundred $.
May i ask why did you think it was a scam and what changed your mind? I haven't found anything suspicious myself.

After watching this at least we know it is a real ICO, and not a fake one: Interview with one of the Datum guys https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZH3wz0LVFw. I thought it might of been fake... I feel better knowing it is real.

May i ask why did you think it was a scam and what changed your mind? I haven't found anything suspicious myself. Given the nickname of the said person, and the amount of posts, I would not feed the troll or fall under the FUD. Our first design win is being launched today, in exactly 35 minutes from the time of writing this post. "Datum Enabled" devices are coming to market, and while we hinted to them in the past, we could not disclose what was happening under closed doors due to a legal document called Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Read more here: https://blog.datum.org/wednesday-weekly-launching-datum-enabled-ecosystem-how-datum-secures-hospital-data-and-more-b9497ee34095Today is a great day for the team, and great day for people that believed in us and purchased those initial DATG tokens, as well as everyone interested in our DAT tokens. Datum is becoming a platform with over 20 people working on it, and we're hiring aggressively. If you are a developer, business development manager - if you feel you can contribute to the team and help us create a data marketplace for the benefit of all, join us. DM me for details.

I really hope it fully realizes this potential.

There have been a lot of discussions about how Datum will deal with falsified data and how they will be verified. I came up with the idea that the developers of Datum would not be bad to establish contacts with the Tierion project, which is now in the final stage of testing: Tierion is using the blockchain to transform how the world secures and shares data The blockchain is becoming the new standard for trust and verification of data. Tierion turns the blockchain into a global platform for verifying any data, file, or process. Use Tierion’s API and tools to anchor a permanent, timestamp proof of your data in the blockchain. This is also a very large project that has connections to Microsoft and Phillips. I think that such cooperation will benefit Datum.

Hi, theovalich! No, I'm not directly connected with Tierion, but I closely monitor its development, since I invested not a small part of my funds in this project, I even have 2 registered nodes Tierion, now it's testing them on the network. Your project is also appealing to me and I will also participate in the crowdsale.

In some European countries patients in the health care have already an national electronic dossier, so if you go to a new hospital, they can see your medical history. I think this is very important, but its only in your own country. It wont help you if are travelling, or working abroad.
