Price of this coin has gone so low. what now?
Waiting for positive news that may affect the course. The team does not stand still, I think it will be soon.

All altcoins are down. I doubt MTNC can go against the bearish market. When big name coins are going nowhere, how much more the lesser known ones. But there is hope, the recent price bounce in BTC could foretell a good 4th quarter for crypto.

So nothing has changed since dev got back here... still no payments, no working explorer, no update to ban old clients. I have a feeling that he has already abandoned this project.

This is a hard time for crypto currency dev to work on a project specially the price of his coin is declining. I guess he will comeback when the bull starts kicking again. For now almost every crypto project is in limbo.

These are the times where you can distinguish between devs who are quitters and devs with balls. Quitters get depressed and get lagged until bull run resumes - but then it may be too late to save a community and a project. Devs with balls on the other side keep up developing their own project also during hard and painful times. We will find out to which of the two categories belogs our dev. Even though there are already a few clues on that...

Agree with you. This bear market is the best time to move forward with development without focusing on coin price. Most solid projects do exactly that now, but it requires a good team which MTNC lacks unfortunately.

Even though I have already setup 2 masternodes in the past, now I'm trying to setup a third one but I'm always getting the error message "failed to start masternode - error, could not allocate win". I really cannot understand why. 50,000 coins are in one only address, nothing else in the wallet, that is a mystery.

I was around in the early days of this project I would not mind getting back into this.
Everything is getting cheap and its time to get back into masternodes now that the dust is settling.
Hope the dev will come with some new updates soon fix these problems others are vocal about.

That means that you masternode output at masternode.conf is wrong.
You should have 1 input by 50000 coins. If you made it, open debug console, enter "masternode outputs" find new output with hash like new input you done. Then setup new masternode like before.

Thanks, my mistake had been to have put a "1" after the hashes etc while there should have been a "0". Now it works.

novaexchange deposit opened for MTNC NOW

So novaexchange is still an alive exchange?? I though the owners abandoned it and sold it to new owners and the new owners don't bother to develop it better. Anyways Cryptopia is still a decent exchange that has been around for some time now and people trust it.

Looks like  Novaexchange is back. Cryptopia has done well in developing their exchange. It is now difficult to get listed there unlike in the past and the listing fee also increased. Listing in Cryptopia now has become one of the best ways to get trading volume up for a coin.

I think Cryptopia is a decent place for MTNC because Cryptopia is a good exchange place. I don't think that Novaexhange has been active again and the MTNC can be traded there.

Good to see dev made wallet update. I'm also wondering about changes list in this version, @ideaupdater can you post some more info? If it isn't mandatory then probably old clients aren't banned yet, right?

Explorer crashed and is currently resyncing.

Another good news, thanks @snodo!

No, it is not that complicated if there is a few basic knowledge about how to work on the console of a debian linux. A few month ago I made a setup guide and PM'd it to ideaupdater.
I thought he would host it on his own. But maybe someone else can host it on a more performant machine than I do? (Currently it is just an old i5-3570k with 4 GB of RAM.)

I think ideaupdater has to decide it.
