Good to see that NEO already has necessary fail saves built into it to prevent flooding of the network.

I do wonder who is causing this though, could it be EOS as they might have done to the Ethereum network too? Either way I guess it's "good" news that they see NEO as a possible threat or an important competitor, which it definitely is.
