This is common ongoing trend than what is special with NEO maybe you didn't check the top 5 markets all are suffering with same situation. When the overall sentiments will fall under favor of altcoins than it will perform really good.

Another major coin may get the same pattern as NEO but it looks like NEO is having the deep pattern compared with another top 5 coins in CMC and look at litecoin and it's performing better compared with this one. NEO needs a lot of update to attract the ICO again to issue the token or asset in this platform.
But sadly, I remember when binance becomes famous caused by NEO but this time it has become a competitor for NEO.
Im still waiting for something big from NEO.

Yes, the whole market is in deep fluctuation, I hope the top 20 companies listed therein CMC are doing best in terms of developments. But the market situation of altcoins is kept declining which seems very tough job for the people who are holding in altcoins. The only choice we have is to wait until altcoin prices start recovering.

Is anyone else bummed that we will never remotely see NEO at a $160 again?.  I know I'm kicking myself for not liquidating my holdings when the opportunity was there,. I feel like a moron!     Now it's worth chump change again and  it ain't looking so hopefull and it's still at a 660 mill MC.   It's not like this the ground floor kids. ,. Just sayn
