What happen, so that such a drop while bitcoin surged about 30% since NEO was about 20USD ? :<

Neo surged recently because it entered into the DEFI space with it's flamingo project and token FLM. Basically NEO holders were given a lot of FLM to participate in the system. Of course it was a sell the news type of action. As crypto gets more bullish I would expect Neo to move along with the market higher.

defi project create new hype in crypto market i never thought that crypto market can get this high that is right now. NEO is still struggling and its not in even top 20 crypto right now. there are much competition in the market  with neo also binance chain is competing to neo project. alot of blockchain with great speed and less transfer free are launched. neo price value and volume is good  but its needs more developments that makes it unique.

What was conditions to receive this FLM tokens? I have some NEO in coldwallet, will I receive any FLM or was any action required? Are there any  other perspectives for NEO? I can't believe it is so low, if I remember it was traded for about 200usd

Why do you think that? If it's only because of price performance, price should not be an indication of the crappiness of a crypto. If you invested during the ICO, you are still in tremendous gains. Every crypto you can think of went down, some way more than NEO, some less. These are just market cycles that repeat over and over again. When the time comes, I believe the gains will be worth the wait. This goes for many cryptocurrencies which are not your typical shitcoin and have solid and involved teams behind them.

It's okay to have regrets not selling at ATH or when the price was higher than now, you should realize that you only have regrets in hindsight, nobody knows the future. Try and use that regret and the crypto history to make better decisions, and not give in to emotions. Unless you are extremely lucky, you will not sell the top and you will not buy the bottom, we should just all make peace with this and move on.

If you have other elements that make you think NEO is crap and has no future, feel free to share them here, everybody would be very interested I think.

NEO is not crap, but slowly the price of NEO is recovering, along with the market, it won't increase the price like ETH because the developer from NEO block chain seems less compared to ETH. ETH is always king after Bitcoin and we should be cautious with the other coins like NEO and EOS.

I would like to know what are (or will be after releasing 3.0) use cases for  NEO (except  speculation ofcourse).
I heard only about Flamingo (FLM) as Neo defi project, but that's all..

Actually it depend on it on the adoption of any project and how big community is involved in it. No doubt NEO is faster and most secure blockchain as compare with ETH but it failed to keep maintain its grip on the market. Now it will b much hard for it to get back its position even after that big release too.

Already the price of NEO crossed more than 44$, now the market is completely in a dip which we don't know when the market will recover again. Before the market starts recovering firstly, the price of Bitcoin should become otherwise, we might see there will be huge drops in altcoins.

is banned/censored in mainland china, so deploying any info about it on neo blockchain will make huge damage to it, to neo blockchain. and probably chinese gov will force turn it off, they will kill the whole neo blockchain. and if it's impossible as neo is "decentralized" they could ban neo blockchain in china, like for real this time.

but is neo really decentralized?
all current 7 nodes are run basically by neo (neo foundation, neo global development and 1 node is run by CoZ).

When pump start? filecoin almost same supply is at 200 dollars!however a small observation of mine, the crypto markets are really very manipulated, almost all in the hands of a few who decide when a coin has to increase the value! Scary...
