I'm a newbie just like you, but as far as  i know even if your ETH balance is ZERO you can still receive the token as long as your wallet is an ERC 20 token compliant ex. My Ether Wallet (MEW) not the wallet from exchanges. But if you want to send your token to another wallet that's were you need the Balance for the Transaction fees. Which by default is 21000 GAS = 0.02 Cents = 0.0008 ETH =  0.00000512 BTC = 512 Satoshi

exchange site Withdrawal Fees to wallet : 0.01 eth + 0.0004 = 80.500 satoshi

Yep that's correct, But Im actually talking here about the default transaction fee in My Ether Wallet (MEW) which is 21000 GAS and not on the
withdrawal fee in exchanges.

Sorry again for my basic question. Is the "gas" and "transaction fee" the same? Or those are different that will require to have 2 payments to transfer ATS to our preferred exchange?

Actually, by the way things are looking and the tons of emails we receive, I'd say it is safe to assume that 90% of the people who'll receive the free ATS tokens will have them stuck on their wallets for eternity (they'll either never have ether to pay for gas, or forget/lose the keys, or besides countless notices they still use non ERC-20 compatible wallets). Good thing we only offered 1% through the bounty campaign..

That's a very optimistic assumption.. mine was up to 99% lol
Friends of mine and myself started mailing, telegram,forum campaigns to our mailing groups and clients with clear instructions how to handle this.
Most of the participants (1000+) don't know anything about crypto at all, so we did step-by-step instructions what to do.
And still we've been flooded with mails and calls how to do this and that. Fun part comes now by explaining how to get GAS for the transfer 
I believe most of our referrals will keep the tokens to use them on the Authorship platform, more than half of them are into Authorship related things.
So we all just can't wait to see the Platform life!

That is because refferal system. people spam all the forum I follow and facebook group. Many people dont known about crypto world. All They see is let register and have free 10$.

Read back Temmy. You'll receive your ATS at your etherwallet (when played fairly). However to transfer the ATS to an exchange will cost you a little bit of ether. It is always like that with transfers.

Lol! The problem is many people don't read and don't bother to get the necessary understanding before doing stuffs. People participate in the bounty because of the easy way to earn money but forgot to learn how to receive this money when its time. Too bad.
