Actually it should be the other way round.

Experience from many years in affiliate marketing and MLM (and proven again by forum posts here and elsewhere):

Honest people and 'regular people' tend to get very few sign-ups. They are also not 'sellers', but 'buyers' - what this project needs in the long run.

The spammers and cheaters get many.

Of course there are good promoters who are legit, but the percentage of cheaters is actually HIGHER among those who earned (or not) a high amount of bounty tokens.

There is not 1 IP address for each device connected to the internet, limiting by IP address in this manner is likely to have many false positives, it's a poor metric for this purpose.

Hi Peter, if it not takes long time for you to check, please you check people ref link and you give details if they will get payment or suspend because of this reason, so this topic will not full of scam authorship etc. At least we give time for ref. authorship and it is like you hire us for promote, at least we not get payment, we know reason? if someone write and you explain reason for not payment, they not continue to send same messages many time, but i believe many users same as me, no cheat, no more ip, real refer on website etc. have right to learn reason if ban, or will  get payment. I am sorry, I cannot answer questions like "will I be paid/when will I be paid/why I am not being paid".

We have almost finished the tokens distributions to all participants that had no more than 3 registrations from the same IP.

Earlier, Peter had said that the fraudulent accounts were processed before ico, but why when we fill out the form, they say that only the ip does not have from 3 accounts receive money ?? Is it I know ATS through the internet of the dorm so I can have many acc / ip but I guarantee there are no accounts that ref under my link. Meanwhile, many eth addresses receive ATS up to 20 times. Is it I find it unfair

I'd rather help to bring down the company that fucked us over (from Peters last post and the fact the payouts stopped I have to assume I am somehow a baaaaad cheater and don't deserve my ~300 tokens...).

The token/crypto market is not 'regulated'. We, the users, are the new 'regulation'.

It would be very easy for them to get positive marketing, but if this is not what they want - they can have a lot of the opposite.

I think if the modem is restarted then IP will change. and the previous ip will be used by another modem. it might be better if the filtered is mac adress. so it will reduce fake referrals. unless they have many devices to use
