I am not here for cliff or Antonio. I like the project from day one and I love the team is putting very good effort for it.

They made good publicities, joined prestigious expos and conferences. They have a good hype from day one and they are continuing of it.

But never make your decision by my say, cliff's sale or somebodys say. Just make your own investigation.

Whatever any of these guys say should only be a further source of information and not the only reason for investing in a project although it's of course easier to listen to some "expert" than scrutinising whitepaper, reading several reviews, etc.  I, too, like the project and believe in their success... but you never know for sure

The use of blockchain introduces transparency that is currently absent from the usual form. So blockchain when utilized efficiently can be useful for almost everything out there. Also without accounting, there will be no commerce. So you better start falling in love with accounting really fast.

There are lots of things out there that are currently being implemented very effectively and efficiently without the use of blockchain.
Introducing these things into the blockchain does not add value significantly to it.
Linking accounting software to the blockchain will not make the software users anymore trustworthy than they already are.

Just a lot of good sides to the project. Strong team, experience in the sector, recognition by big names in the business, very big potential. No red flags. Sure it won;t all be up and running in a month, but with a project with these high goals, you can't expect that.

I will definitively invest in paypie because they could offer such a good service for any kind of companies all other the world. It does not matter how big the companies or in which sector they are. What is the use of improved transparency if nobody is looking for it?

But if there is someone trying to look for it, he/she can find it through official sources that are already publicly available.
Unless you mean to say those sources are not trustworthy.

I can put up naked pictures of me to the blockchain but if nobody is looking for it, then what is there for me to brag about improved transparency.
By the time a girl wants my naked pictures, she can get it directly from me or my album.

Basically what PayPie is doing, is providing a platform based on blockchain for the SMEs that use its accounting software to sell off their junk invoices.
What makes you think this is some breakthrough?

If I want financial information of a public company (private companies are by law not required to submit/disclose any financial information), I can get such information already now even if the blockchain suddenly go completely extinct.

And if I want to know how strong is the company, financially, I can use proven metrics like Altman Z-score, Dupont analysis, etc to find that out.

To say that I actually need PayPie to do all these is overhyped.

I think there is no cap on the presale so all tokens could be sold and you'd miss out. It's probably better to buy in the presale, bonus or no bonus...

Paypie could become a  major actor of the accounting world because they are the first one to have think to decentralized accounting. It will prevent fraud but even for the legal companies it will help them to proove what they have and it will also be a gain of time.

This is not exactly decentralized accounting, because someone will enter information there. And the main thing is that initially the information was correct. On the other hand, the financial condition of organizations is not constant, and the information must correspond to reality. That is, decisions can not be made on the basis of outdated information.

You are misunderstanding it. They said they will announce the pre-sale and its duration 3 days before it starts. Not 3 days before the main-ICO will start, there must be enough time for the pre-sale to happen.
