First two rounds have successfully completed and starting from tomorrow tier 3 will be contacted as tier 4 will begin to prepare following that round. So tier 3 and 4 will be more expensive. Maybe that's why they are so secretive, so people don't know that they have to pay more than the previous tier. It was announced a few months ago and we do not have a crystal ball to predict ETH price. Also it was not our fault that China decided first to ban ICO then close exchanges => made ETH price falling. Please stop spreading inaccurate information. Also, take time to read the blog posts regarding the progress of the sale and details for each tier. |

Listen guys you will all get selected for the ico!!! Why this FOMO please do you still not get it?  ? First tier was for VC and big investors, partners of cindicator (KYC) Second tier for high level individual investors (KYC) third tier for people who liked to invest 3000 to 5000$ forth level for all you little fishes If you havent been selected in on of this 4 tiers than you havent filled in the whitelist properly with your name and such So, the fourth tier is for us mere mortals  And we all get in no matter our number! Praise be! We will all be CND token holders and that makes us all special. |

Correct me if I somehow seem not understanding all these quite well. Wasn't it to be considered on tier 1 was to invest the first as early as possibleon the crowdsale?

Tier 1 was closed. Tier 1 individual max cap was $100k - it's for strategic partners. Cap for all Tier 1 was about $1m |

I will be waiting to see the result of level 3 or may be they will be released in pair after the completion of next round as well.
