In order to get whitelisted, you had to fill up a small questionnaire, with some KYC related questions, and other related to the Cindicator project.
Once this was done, the Cindicator team sorted people into the 4 Tiers depending on their investment capacity, and the added value they could bring to the project / interest they had participating to it.

I just wanted to post a small message to congratulate the Cindicator team about the whole ICO process.
I have never seen an ICO running that smoothly : clear explanations with regular updates about the raised funds, fair and coherent Tier repartition, no downtimes of the ICO website... On top of that the team wasn't overgreedy and held the hardcap to a decent level with a good share on token being attributed to investors.
All these attributes are unfortunately too seldomly found on current ICOs. So congratulations to the team for this well managed ICO.

Very good to know that Tier 2 has completed and collected nearly 14980 ETH, I think CND will reach the hard cap of what they are expecting. I think very soon Tier 3 will start and I hope it won't be much longer.

I think they already closed the registration for whitelist participants and we don't know when final Tier 4 is going to the public for sale. Once if the majority people reached for whitelist they will close the registration.

Nobody doesn't know how many people have registered to whitelist because everything is kept confidential for not disclosing those details. I think the first ICO doing in a right way for security purpose but they are releasing info about after how much is collected when tier level is completed.
