probably by showing to them the particular bitcoin article will makes them understand what is bitcoin and how it works but just makes all of it simple because newcomer doesn't really like the article with plenty of pages and also because currently bitcoin so expensive then we can tell to them that bitcoin is equal to money but the difference is bitcoin doesn't have physical shape

Rather than this way of introducing bitcoin to a complete newcomer, it's good to start with the wallet. Showing the value in a wallet equaling some amount in usd will make the user understand bitcoin. Now you can introduce that you can use it online and this doesn't have a physical form similar to the paper money we use in our daily lives. Furthermore upon his interest its good to show him the coinmarketcap for better understanding.

I'm a visual kind of person so usually when I explain about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, I either open up youtube or Google or even this forum to help them.understand more because it is difficult to explain a digital curremcy to someone who knows nothing about cryptocurrencies.

That's better because with that you needn't have to be an expert or have an expertise knowledge of bitcioin becfore you will be able to teach them. The videos of people with some bitcoin knowledge will help make your work easier.
I tell them first before they start using cryptocurrency they should be have knowledge about it, also they should be understand the world of bitcoin or crypto in how it works and use in proper way. And i will tell them to be careful when they try to join in some project because it might be scam pr fraud. Then tell them to read and research about the bitcoin or crypto before they used it.

Individual has their own way of drawing attention of other, to explain bitcoin and other currencies to a newbie. I usually start by drawing their attention about having my money increasing without working for it. From there I will start asking if the person have heard of bitcoin, just to enable me understand if the person have a slight understanding of bitcoin, might give you a slight understanding of what cryptocurrencies are. I would explain bitcoin and the fact that it has so much value. Then I will like the person to read some materials about bitcoin.

So I've been involved in Bitcoin and crypto for about 5 months now and just about everyone I tell about it being friends and family most have never heard of it or the few that have they have no understanding of it so I was just curious into how others explain it all to total newcomers is their a webpage or video you may show for an easy understanding to explain it all ? Whenever I give my explanation it seems to go way over their head  Roll Eyes Cheers
Explain it in terms of an investment. It's like an intangible asset that Appreciates in value but since it's market share is quite less it's value keeps fluctuating. It's interest rate is high compared tto other investments but the risk is high as well.

Explain it in a way you can get their interest. It is enough to tell them what is bitcoin and how you earn. The rest is up to them. If they want to earn extra cash they should work it for themselves Smiley

Nothing to do different i think it is pretty simple. you have to tell them about the gain from it that you got from it and just tell them that the benefit of it and speculation of price of it. i think this will make it interested for them and and a good oppertunity for them to make profit from it. moreover you can also involve them into some articles of them and make them to take interest in it.

I'm new to bitcoin but I still have a little bit of knowledge about it. And I think that's the only way for them to understand about bitcoin is to show them our earnings in bitcoin in that way we can convince them to enter the world of bitcoin

I was explained for quite a while. Everything is learned in practice. When you make transactions, that study is faster

The best thing to do is give him/her examples what are the advantages of bitcoins if your holding it and how much you will gonna earn if you every have this coins then the last thing to do is teach him/her how to earn this coins.

Telling them our experience how we earned and learned are an example to encourage them to deeply known by crytocurrency.I'll teach them how to earn in bitcoin like joining in signature campaign to let them read in forum to understand them the meaning of crypto.By posting on forum and reading some topics here we cannot hard to explain to them because they must read it and learn.

Just tell them that bitcoin and other crypto currency has a value that can be used in trades and purchases. Dont forget to tell them the pros and cons like, crypto currencies are risky that the price could go down or up anytime.

let them do the research. just tell them the basics. cheers!

On the Internet there are a lot of videos, lectures and articles. I studied them to understand  what Bitcoin is. You can also find a lot of information on this forum. And ask for advice here if you need it. I usually tell people who are interested in Bitcoin about this forum.

It's not easy for anyone to collaborate with a complete noob on the topic of Bitcoins, but there are better ways to attract them towards the subject by asking them to invest first and feel the difference between Bitcoins and fiat. Once the excitement arises, just start telling them that an experiment was conducted to check if some digital tokens may be sent to the other party anonymously or not, and people liked it, valued it and that's what is Bitcoin is all about - perfectness. After that, grab their attention with some ^new^ words for them such as blockchain, altcoins, ICOs, etc. and make them understand everything step by step.

This is the conventional thing that everyone think that it maybe not working like he is told but simply show him the profit and introduce successful person in crypto to the person whom you are telling about it and when he will hear about the money coming out of bitcoin his mind will automatically give him a signal to take chance and invest and once he will invest and after that he will be one of people who will convince others.
