It's important to note that this is just an application. A quick lookup on USPTO will tell you that it was REJECTED and never granted. It failed to pass the requirement of un-obviousness and novelty.

I apologize if this has already been discussed (I checked this thread), but what is your plan to get other big-name Exchanges (i.e. Bittrex) to want to partner with you to allow you to provide liquidity?  It seems to me that your business model is tied directly to partnering with other Exchanges so you can increase your volume.  But won't they see you as a competitor and not want to provide the liquidity you're after?  How do you plan to approach them?  What's in it for them?  Do you have a plan B if you are unable to partner with other exchanges?

Koreans so much liked STeX compensation plan, than they keep everybody from the presale in order to make it as little as possible. The smaller the presale and the bigger the coming ICO - the more X times they will get from cashing out on ICO.

If you want, you can connect to any exchange without special agreement by yourself. If you have skills.
Our activity is also good for exchanges we connect to. It is not a competition but partnership, a win-win situation for every part.
That's why we do not expect any difficulties with that.
