No, you are wrong. We do not distinguish between presale and ICO investors. Presale investors only got a discount for the STE price.
All those who bought both at presale and ICO and never sell STE will get 100% from net profits of STeX in the form of dividends. Those who sell, STE will get only 80%.

I think these dates makes sense, it's better to have the ICO after the 'dust settles' on the hard fork so I'm liking the proposed dates. Also what happens if Wings platform is delayed beyond end of November will the ICO be postponed or it will go ahead anyways?

It the Wings team delays too much with their beta release, we will have to think up alternative ways. KICKICO might be a good one.

1) Founders and several seed investors vesting period for 6 month after the ICO end. (Means we as founders can't sell STE for 6 month, it will be hardcoded into the new smart contract)
2) Bountiers vesting period for 3 months. Since we want to protect our token from free riders just looking for quick profits.
3) Wings forecasting and Wings bounty requirements which should be put right in the smart contract
4) Improved strategic partners and referral program with major bug fixes.
5) Possibility to be launced on platform like KICKICO
I think Nick can make this list longer....

I am asking myself now: do we really need to make the voting for this upgrade? What I see from our STeX community is almost unanimous acceptance

personnaly it's no problem for vesting I think most of ppl invest in for long term, but little question: even in vesting period we will receive dividents right ??
