I think there is a view of the activity on bitcointalk which changes every 2 weeks and increased by 14 points. The older the account the more activity. Perhaps the developer will consider it.

if we cap it at 1000 people    everyone will get 3000 coins
but 10000 means you only get 300 coins!

best would be like minereum or timereum capped at what was it, 100 200 ppl? getting like 30k coins and sold at 10$ each? if i remember correct.
