But seriously? what good is voting if the vote has no value or is not counted and used? even if everyone did vote.. it is up to the tally to adjust the results and apply them.
there is no tally date or end vote date so it is almost useless to vote without processing the data!
the constant changing of minimum requirements for participating  also is changing frequently!
and the changing of requirements is not even voted on or adjusted by the community but by the OP
if we cannot organize ourselves with a small community  ... just imagine what will happen when it gets larger?
there are several missing links in this project and unfortunately those links are the main contenders! and they are not controlled by the community but by the OP
what needs to be stabilized are listed below... i might miss a few but here goes

1:) minimum requirements for participating
a fixed amount of ETH in the wallet that does not change because the OP changed his mind.
user level requirements

2:) the voting system needs to be enacted and tally needs to come fourth for all votes! or at least a deadline for voting and tally!

3:)make a basic organizational structure for the community and replace the OP as for now he is the only HUMAN deciding factor
he is JUDGE and JURY and this is not a function described in a community run project!

please dont get me wrong, i have nothing against the  OP but if this is to be a community run proposal then it should be the community and not a single person.

4:) close this airdrop already! who is in is in and who is out is out!  there has to be some  end to this caos

I sent my vote to end at 600 people and cutoff as tomorrow, the bot still hasn't changed to show my vote on the list... and I was the last verified user on the list...

I wonder if enough voted for 08/08/2017 and the bot was on a clock that already cutoff, we don't know if its 100% or if its majority, or threshold, but there are a lot of 08/08 votes, that could have triggered and made the cutoff.

The Dev"aka=BOT" only runs a few scripts that he controls... they call them selves BOTS so that they will have less discussion and wont have to reply to people if they dont want to.
obviously they are sleeping at times so the DEV is missing at those times

I agree with you AmoreJaz. Only few days that this one was posted and yes, it's already unstoppable or should I say - chaos. Also, your point #1, I noticed that also. Initially, there's no mention of having any eth balance, then it changed to any amount, then 0.001ETH and now 0.01ETH. So I don't know the reason why it keeps changing. Though it's community-based as it has been stated, there's should be some kinda limitations for all of this or finality to make this project smooth sailing. Though we know that we can't please everybody here but hopefully this will not turn into a mess.
