I really like the fact that you are trying that there is only 1 registration per person. Its a huge problem with airdrops and especially genesis giveaways. Just look at minereum or timereum, both had no restrictions. You only needed a tor browser and you have been able to make easily 20 accounts. I didn't participated in the minereum airdrop, missed it. But participated in the Timereum aidrop. But I think the Timereum airdrop address collection, which is about 4000 registrations can easily be made by around 300 people each offering 10 to 15 addresses.

Its great that here we will have about 1000 independent participants, if the community is wise enough to vote the right way. But 1000 real people or even some more, that's rally huge and can make a real impact. I'm glad you did it like this

I'm too wondering why there haven't been many more registrations. For those of you who suggested hardcaps at  around 5000. It will really take some time until we get there. It would be much wiser to vote for a lower hardcap.

Why people are irrelevant and not participating actively in voting or further development. I was finding out reasons, the very first is the way this project was started without any clear model or plan it was unprofessional. People drop their addresses at start and then don't follow the projects which is seen here. In my opinion things could go more better if everything was introduced at start.
