Yea, the 10 minutes reload are going to drive people crazy .... but it's free gambling money, so they should not complain. Mine is not even $0.02 ... so it is more like a faucet than anything else.  

How do they determine the amount of the bonus? (Wagered amount / Chat activity / Accessing the different games on the site?) I am currently at work, so I cannot access the site through the firewalls. (not that I wanted to, because it's crazy busy at work now)

I found a funny typo in the last sentence of your explanation of game events for Blue Saurai:

For the sake of simplicity in the probably fair model, we just generate 12 floats every time, and if the float that was allocated for a tile has a stuck samurai from a previous spin, then that float is not used at all.

If yours is that so low means that your wagering activity during the last month is so low and your account level is not high enough.
Mine is not a form of 10 minutes reload, but it is a bonus worth around $30
Afaik Stake determine the amount based on combination of user's account level and wagering amount during the last 30days (for monthly bonus) or wagering amount during the last 7 days (for weekly bonus).

I have seen a similar win in Plinko sometime back where the winner won an insane amount and was overwhelmed by the win. I think he withdrew the winnings smartly and didn't gamble later on.

The thing that many people forget to think about when analyzing these wins is past loss and win history which is critical. The total profit or loss matters more obviously. Many people simply assume that these winnings only matter.

40 BTC is a big amount indeed, but he could have lost 50 BTC in the past and his overall loss could be 10 BTC.

That person may loss 50 bitcoin even many more than 50 btc who knows about that!!! The person also many win in few chance where his/her profit is almost 40 bitcoin. We cant judge it without knowing the proper information. And it is important that we cant feel the feelings of winning 40 bitcoin.

The thing about winning on gambling is the fact that if you are smart enough, and if you are in profit, you will take it out and not return, that is the only way you can stay at profit in the gambling world. Being up a lot is not something common but lets assume that you are the luckiest person in the world, you come here and deposit some money and go all in on 999x bet anywhere and you get it and now you have a ton of money.

This means if you stop and take the money out and continue your life like gambling is not even a thing and ignore it completely you will always be in profit however if you keep gambling there is house edge and no matter how big you won eventually it will catch up and you will lose all the money you won plus the money you deposited on top of that.

It has been talked about before in this thread. We all believe that whoever wins, will probably take the cash/btc equivalent of the win.

We picked our providers carefully and we would say they are trustworthy but not provably fair, and we will continue pushing gaming industry towards provably fair. With crypto gambling foundation we aim to make all casinos and all games provably fair.

There is mix point of view about the 3rd party games at stake. Some say that stake check the 3rd party games first and only allow on their site only if they are probably fair. Anyways if anyone still have doubt, he can skip those games and play only the original stake games.

I don't think 0.1 ETH minimum withdrawal is really that high unless you are planning on withdrawing a couple of dollars regularly. At current rates, 0.1 ETH is roughly $38 which is pretty low in my opinion.

How much do you make from gambling on stake on daily basis ?  
Around 40$ minimum withdrawal is reasonable amount of money. If you gamble regularly and have good bankroll you can earn this money easily in a day. Even if you don't earn this much, there is no reason to withdraw daily and pay the extra fee.
