Honestly, almost anyone would have reacted in the same manner. If the casino is slow in servicing their customers, blame will ultimately fall on them no matter what way you look at it.

Maasdamer probably tried to resolve the matter asap through their customer support, but that clearly didn't happen which is why he resorted to posting here which turned out to be the right call. However, I do agree that calling them a scam immediately was silly.

I want to ask if it is possible to create a Player2Player currency exchange on Stake? Let's say one player has tons of XRP and he or she wants to change that to BTC, then why not do that with other players that might want to do that?

Stake can create a separate chat channel for this purpose and have the mods acting as Escrow for these transactions. The mods obviously get a small percentage in commission for doing this extra task.

Thanks guys. We've been very luck to experience a lot of growth this year and it has been challenging to keep building our support team up to handle the influx of players. The core of our websites has always been the support experience, there is definitely room for improvement but it has come a long way. I did email support for the first couple years of Primedice and do not miss those days

There are so many great services dedicated to this, seems quite risky that people would want to trust a chat mod to convert large amounts of currency. If more people keep asking for this we will definitely explore it though.

I do not think it is necessary to create separate channel and ask mod to be escrow, because there is Dinabot that can serve any players for exchange purpose. It is already trusted and being used by many players, have you ever heard about Dinabot? Aside from Dinabot, there are also some users who do exchange coins with other players. Of course you need to deal with someone you trust to avoid scam, but I do believe that Dinabot is more than enough to serve players for exchange their coins. There is also exchange feature on Stake, although it is a bit complicated to use for the first time but at least it does exist for the same purpose.

Great now with these new medieval-themed slots games released let's try them out, in fun mode of course.

I'll play Story of Hercules by Spinomenal first because I couldn't really decide which one to pick. But in this slots game, Stake is only showing three big wins at the bottom. Maybe it's because they just wanted to show 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. I almost thought only three people got big wins so far but that can't be, third place has 45.70x multiplier so there have to be some 20x and 10x winners somewhere, they just aren't listed.

The good thing about this game is that it gives you free spins, and the rules for each spin look interesting. It's the first time I'm seeing wildcards expanding across a whole reel, moving across reels and even the reels themselves moving sideways.

The second time I span it I bet $5 to win $70.7, unfortunately I couldn't screenshot this big win in time not to mention I was playing in fun mode.

Then I bought the Moving Reels in-feature (still in fun mode) for $200, a lucky group of wildcards I got on the left ended up winning back the bulk of my (fun) money so I got back $208 from my 10 free spins

I had an account with stake but forget all the credentials as I haven't used stake for a while. Now, the problem I'm facing is verifying my new account. I can't access the stake.com as domain is blocked from my country. I tried from stake.games but the confirmation message contains the stake.com domain and I'm unable to verify the email confirmation.

You can use a VPN to access stake as they allow VPN if I am not wrong. Also you can use the support email to send them an email and they will surely help you out and at least allow you to withdraw your funds. I don't understand how you made an account when you can't access stake.com or maybe they blocked your country recently? You can also ask your VIP manager if you are platinum VIP and he can help out too. I can give the telegram id of one manager but I don't know if this is right or not because they are busy and might not like random messages coming to them .

I think there is a advantage and disadvantage for the Stake.com by allowing users to use VPN.

Advantage could be maximizing the players on their website wherein the users that are not allow play gambling site can access Stake.com

Disadvantage could be the abuse of the promotion on their website I've seen that there's a lot of good promotion in Stake.com and users might create multiple account

What also makes them the best support team in the entire gambling industry is the ability to be positive, polite and being friendly (being friendly is the most important reason behind their success). I have had numerous encounters with support managers like Darko and Dusan and these guys are true gems of the support system because they have immense knowledge and they also have the ability to settle bets like if a bet is stuck and not being settled then these guys jump on it and credit it manually for us.

I play at many websites but really if one thing that keeps bringing me at stake is their support and the bonuses they send via email from time to time which makes me visit stake and then I can't leave them haha .

For sure Stake are well aware of this disadvantage, allowing users to use VPN for abusing promotions and bonuses might less to happened knowing how stake manage their business.

It's both good and bad. Good thing is that gamblers who can't access the site due to country restrictions can access it without any issues helping Stake increase their player base, but the bad part is that you could be allocated a bad IP which is flagged by the site leading to a ban etc.

These are the potential risks involved which is why it's best to stick to sites that don't restrict you so that you can avoid depending on VPN's.

I know there is sports chat where we can do this but really the English chat is so fast and spammed that it is hard to maintain a single conversation with a friend and having a telegram we can DM them and talk. I miss the time when direct messages were allowed on stake because I had so many friends and I cannot message them now which feels really bad. I really think you should do a poll and you will see everyone wants direct messages to be back and I know some might spam others but they need to get friend request accepted first, right?

That is the sad part about it, stake is not "guilty" here, they didn't do anything wrong, and they didn't deserve all the name calling neither, they didn't deserve all the chaos and all the backlash neither, they were just doing their job and that was it, maybe customer support was slow and they should be faster, that could be one thing but stake is either the biggest or at least one of the biggest places in crypto casino world and we do not hear every problem customers faces, so they are probably crashed under all those complaints most of which are not even important, so I get that too.

However like I said it is a very very disappointing result that, if that person didn't reacted the way he did, which was wrong to react like that, he wouldn't get what he wanted, so doing something bad resulted with something good for him which is a tough situation for stake.

It sounds like a personal purpose for me, so it is better if you create the group yourself to discuss anything as you wish. After you create it, you can create a topic on the official Stake's forum to inform about it and ask any members who want to join. If the group is made by Stake, I do believe that there will be so many members and the situation can be the same as you see on the English chat where you cant maintain single conversation. The simplest way, ask your friend to add you on telegram or vice versa. This way, you can get better single communication with your friend without worrying about spam.

I would be willing to participate in a group like that, but when it is unofficial and someone else is the owner of that telegram group I wouldn't be interested as much. If stake has a professional one with admins and so forth (or called mods for group I suppose?) which is why I would say if stake would open a telegram group, that would be a lot better.

Think about it, the chat on the website is incredibly fast, if it was only a stake telegram group, that would be less chatted and people would be able to actually talk about things. You could also separate the groups as well, sportsbook could stay sportsbook and there would be for gambling as well. Obviously this is not a "must" thing, they could ignore this request and nothing would change, it is just something that would be good to have.

They allow VPN because even Edward himself uses VPN and he knows there are times when users are unable to access the website like some countries are not allowed but then there are players who are not from that country but maybe on holidays or that kind of things. Edward himself said that we are allowed to use VPN but if you are a resident of a country that is not being allowed by stake then better don't use VPN because you will get in trouble if you are asked to provide KYC in any situation.

I believe a lot of guys want to keep their real IP addresses hidden and hence they use VPN just to make sure they are not being monitored as high rollers are always a target for others.
