I invite everyone to read our last newsletter : Cryptocurrency show in May, Workshop, meeting with government, New exchange, Radio Monaco

Hello everyone,

Here is the 26/02 newsletter !

Cryptocurrency show in Monaco in May

The Monoeci team will organize an important cryptocurrency show during in May. This show will take place in Monaco at the Grimaldi forum. We will provide you with more information asap.

New meeting with Monaco government

We had a two-day meeting with the government on the 19th and 20th of February. This meeting aimed to develop some important projects in relation with the blockchain for the Principality of Monaco.

We’re working with various government and blockchain actors to offer Monaco some great projects that could have a global impact. We’ll tell you more when we have more information on this.

First workshop

We held our first workshop last week ! Two workshops were organized on Friday, February 23, to train and educate people on blockchain technologies and the use of cryptocurrencies.
We met members of our community, potential partners and people of all levels in blockchain that wanted more information about it, and also about Monoeci.
We’ve had pretty good feedbacks, so we are hosting a new workshop in french this month ! We hope to see you at there if you live nearby — or want to take a plane !— . We’ll update you about the exact date in the coming days.

New exchange

We are now listed on a new exchange: https://www.crypto-bridge.org/ It is a very recent decentralized exchange that we encourage you to use since it’s a very efficient platform.
As regards Cryptopia, you’ll find more information about the long delays encountered recently here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/News

Every week on Radio Monaco

As you may have noticed, Sébastien, co-founder of Monoeci, is now a weekly guest of Radio Monaco for a column in French named « Cryptocurrency news » every Thursday.
This short radio show is intended to accustom Monegasques to hear about cryptocurrencies as well to favorize their adoption in Monaco. In addition, it promotes the Monoeci directly to the Principality.
You can listen to the first edition here:

That’s all for this newsletter, thanks again to for your support!

i really don´t see any reason for the price goind down. this coin is not even involved in the metal production industry, that is loosing atm due to the ideas of one man.

what did is miss? or is this simply a little cold?

I think people are selling because they want to ride the BTC when it takes off and then buy more alts. I think it's a great buy at this price.

Have the same opinion. Also i think this project is one oft the hopefully integrated in real life.  The workshops, and the meetings which government are a good opportunity to establish this coin.
The prices are down at the moment, i think it's a good possibility to accumulate some coins.

the difference seems to be the amount, that was burned earlier this year. the devs made themselves unable to use a part of their coins they controlled to make the project much more convinient earlier this year.

this premine is some common thing in the cryptoworld, but good devs seem to realize, that the premine is too big. they give then up a massive hold and "might" above the coin, by sending it to a wallet they might never be able to control = the "burn" wallet in this case

and there should be 2 more "burns" this year, one in march, and one other in may.

Since yesterday the processing is very quick ...within a few minutes the coins are one the wallet after withdrawing (sent yesterday and also today und all transactions i could see nearly in realtime on the wallet arriving).
These days the coins are cheap there on the exchanges (cryptopia for example)

I have not yet received my 25 coins that I send on my wallet 1.03.2018 and it's been 6 days since the transaction.Still processing. The other day I sent two more transactions but they came quickly. I opened the support ticket 4.3.2018. I have not yet received an answer.

Do we have an official roadmap for 2018?

The project of monaco-coin/monoeci is described in the homepage https://monoeci.io/ where you should scroll down and will see the following steps for 2018.

Also on the following document i found some informations: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jeIgkS_Q3E9qn0gXvYjrtZM23Vq906K5Go4WyRDY6Sw/edit#heading=h.3906agbh8kgo

Did you ever receive a payout from this masternode before? Is the Masternode running on the VPS server correct and is it fully syncronisized (i saw this on the official creation tutorial) ?
Did your transfer of the 1000 coins also get in one transaction?
My experience with my first masternode the last days:
I think my problem was that i transfered it as one payment, but in the blockexplorer i saw it was splittet into more payment adresses from my wallet (adresses were i received the coins from exchanges, don't know why this happened). Also i reinitialized the masternode again, with a new transfer of the coins (second time it was one with payment transaction), but i used then the new transaction-id and the new masternode payment adress. The first output was about 4 days later on sunday, i hope that the next output will come regulary tomorrow.

As i understood the payout is always the full amount (in this case 4,5 coins). Intervall depends on the existing masternodes (about 2015 at the moment) and on the found blocks a day. (example 700 blocks found and 2100 masternodes, you would receive every 3 days the 4,5 coins). From my understanding the first payout may took in the worst case about 4-6 days, the following are then normal every 3 days at the moment.
