Stunna dont trust people to run the customer service that is why their support is very bad but micro say they will add a new one and I think there is not much improvement . Too bad for them, a great dice site but lousy support as always, people always complaint about 2 thing in PD , 1 is when they lose, 2 is when they send email for support

Actually he can find a CS agent company, at least they can be trusted. That can be easily solved, but IMO stunna may not wanna spend money on support, actually I see other casinos hire supports too, they can overcome trust issues but i don't know why stunna can't. And do bet365, williamhill, bwin, ladbroke trust employees? Definitely yes.

i think IMHO that stunna need to trust someone if he want customer satisfied. I don't like to wait days before a response.
And i have read a lot of gripes about the support of pd, i think for the moment this is the only flaw of this site.
but customer satisfaction should be the most interesting for an entrepreneur in addition to their own profit
The easy solution would be for the customer support to have limited abilities regarding what they can actually do, however they can gather information necessary to make a decision/give a resolution. For example if someone wants their email/password reset on their account, they can explain how to sign a message, give the addresses that would be acceptable to sign a message from and get the signed messages. Once they have all the necessary information, they can forward it on to stunna, edward, or someone they trust to actually reset the email/password.

But bitcoin casinos  are a little different from major companies like William Hill etc. They're massive corporations and PrimeDice is a relatively small business run by a small team and owned by a few people. All employees will be known to William Hill by face but its a bit different hiring some faceless person from somewhere in the world. If anything goes wrong on PD and people lose money it would be quite devastating to PD and their rep whereas William Hill would just likely do a charge-back or refund the money, notify the police and move on and nobody would complain. I think at some point they are going to have to hire someone from somewhere though especially if it is negatively effecting their business/rep.

yeah fee in the transaction is 0.00017 but it has a lot of tiny inputs, higher fee would be great, it's not good to have stuck money on the blockchain  Cheesy

Stunna, I would be really interested to know how many supposed customer service delays are really a result of customer error like this? 

While I'm sure support could be better, and I hope Micro's preview is on target, it seems like many of the people who wind up commenting here to complain and get their issue resuloved had contributed to the delay by not providing correct information.

It is because of mostly dust inputs deposited by players. Pd should take more fees for higher the withdraw amount to avoid these kind of problem
