I think you can't ddos too much a site that is using cloudflare, is impossible for an attacker to know the ip address.

You can't attack a server via ddos from a botnet using ddos clients, so you will have to replay packages but cloudflare as a proxy will repell malicious attack automatically because they have ddos protection integrates.

AFAIK, cloudflare makes it difficult. But not impossible.

Sure, you can start a replay package attack against a url that use too much cpu and make the website run slow or go down.
