almost 3 days now with no support response, account banned with no explanation, banned from withdraw and cant get my money out

You wont be banned without reason. Its either you tried to do a hack or something that is really agaisnt the rules

Yeah I was banned without reason. I logged in, waited for deposit  then when deposit showed tried to tip someone and it showed i was banned then

If your account is not involved in anything illegal then try to wait for their support's response Otherwise send an email again with signed message from your sending address to prove your ownership of the account

then again, PD is known for its slow support response..
if the admins dont get back to you soon enough making a second account and trying to get a hold of the mods in chat might work too.

Had a mod contact them days ago.. no response

They are always busy about the site and ofcourse their personal life. Please give some patience and you will recieve a reply from them soon

Primedice is getting thousands of emails everyday about accounts problem such as hacked and like your case. Do you honestly believe they can give instant support?

Pd support has always taken ages to reply, if at all. And No im not expecting instant support. Im expecting to not have my account withdraw's banned without reason and im expecting to get a response as to why within a timely manner. This is not a timely manner. They pretty much stole my btc at this point

I offered u a solution to ur problem days ago. And i told u whats the most likely reason why u got banned.

If your issue is bitcoins on that balance being stuck it could be solved days ago.

If your issue is that account not being able to bet , well that name is kinda not acceptable anyways so u should move to another one.

Don't post saying that pd wont help u with ur issue when that is not true , u had a solution to that problem and u didn't accept it .

yeah bro he already muted 3 of my accounts on some bs, my "fuckstunna" account got muted because it had "fuck" in the name, and my main account "dank" got a extended mute because other people told him to unmute me because it was unfair and he got tired of them telling him to unmute me so he extended mine. So because of what other people said he gave me a even longer mute. And he even admitted to having no reason to mute my other alt "dankkk" too but he still did it anyway

That "fuckstunna" should been muted at first second it was made, as offensive act agains site, even if you made it as a joke.

As for yourself, you were spamming constantly whole morning and afternoon before you got muted. Steve, as a softcore mod, who cares to much about opinion, gave you a chance.

As for people who BEG to get muted, should be considered banned, as its not a joke to spit on chat.

As for other alt dankk, I am 99% it got muted as the "dank", the mute system took the "dankk" with kk in the same pot.

People who join the site, actually oblicated to tick down TOS. This means you obeyed the rules, but guess, you feel the special need for beeing better than anyone else. That goes for all, and you are not alone.

And if you want a solution then you should quickly drop a mail to the support and also send a PM to stunna. Your issue will surely be resolved by him.

It is not that the support is so passive but rather that they lack in the number of people to handle the supports section. While you are sending them an email for support request, at the same time there may be several people sending the same request as well .
From what I read that only Stunna and Edward handle the support section and they are getting tons of request each day, your email could be missed out

P.S : atleast you could be sure that your deposits will eventually be there though since this is PrimeDice  and better not to show up your TX ID since some people may use it to claim that they account is theirs
