I can't log into my account because the 2fa was stored on a phone which I don't possess anymore. I emailed the support a couple of days ago and haven't gotten a response back yet. Can anyone help?
How many days has that been? you need to wait longer, if you dont have any balance there then it is much faster if you just play with a new account instead of getting a help from support but if you have a balance then you can ask micro to help you if he is in the chat It was sent on August 31st. I don't remember if I had any balance on there but I would still like to gain control of my account. I have a lot accumulated in that account and just want the get access to my account again. |

i had this problem before. i needed to refresh the page to be able to change anything. i think it was because of autobet, after a lot of bets and changing seed a couple of times this happened. ofcourse it was a while ago i haven't been using the site for a while now, don't know if the problem still persists or not. |

i had this problem before. i needed to refresh the page to be able to change anything. i think it was because of autobet, after a lot of bets and changing seed a couple of times this happened. ofcourse it was a while ago i haven't been using the site for a while now, don't know if the problem still persists or not. I had some of these issues too, but now it's gone for me. I also had to refresh page everytime i wrote something in chat. But now it seems to be fixed. |

Was just a short 5 minute down time to fix up a slight issue to do with the problems yesterday. All running smoothly now! Two weeks... it has been over 2 weeks since I left a ticket to get control of my account after losing 2FA details... I have notified MICRO and other mods about it but yet there is no reply to my ticket to be seen. I am disappointed. Can you please look at ticket #1635? Or atleast make someone look at it... |
