I had no 2FA setted, true.
My password it's everything but NOT weak. You can check it being the founder!
I'm not saying you're lying, but seeing EVRY company never say anything about leakeages until hackers post online the leaked documents/items, I'm still thinking is somehow primedice fault, even if it could not be.
You still not answering my doubt. Which is: said hacker should have compromised a lot of data to have some automation in place to be instantly notified of some unactive primedice account of a deposit and instantly (literally 1 min after deposit) withdraw it.
That's just not possible with 1 or few accounts hacked.
We can't check your password, that's exactly why even if we got hacked or our database leaked somehow your password would still be secure. If you did not have 2fa set and used a weak password or a password you used under that username elsewhere that could be the culprit. Hey Stunna, Is there a way to change / disable 2FA and then re-enable it. In case the user is switching devices or needs to change the 2FA credentials? Has any1 been feeling primedice is very laggy right now? I can barely roll on there
I havent really rolled much since PD4 launched, just tried it out. The roll speed has always been fairly consistent however. I think PD uses CloudFlare, so that's one point on the trace route. If you're on a proxy, that would be another. If a VPN, add any encryption decryption compute time. I'm not sure where PD's servers are, or if they have multiple endpoints. But I'd guess one main server. So your geographical location could very well come into play. If you have to jump a long distance to the nearest Cloudflare server, then have the traffic redirect to PD's server which may very well be all the way on the other side of the globe. Light travels fast, but all those jumps add up, and you're looking at response time per second while bets are rolling. Just a thought. Cheers! Strato |

your autobet stopped because your're out of funds? martingale is scary strategy, i wouldn't suggest to gambling with that strategy, especially on dice because you could get long streak loses, can i know how many streak loses you had? |

Stunna could probably got his hands tied up on the other things especially with the recent investigation of kitticat that turned 0.01 into 80 btc. This issue of yours is something common that happened here alot of times, commonly it is due to the failure of player unable to secure their own account so you probably wont get any reply at all |

In this kind of cases any site will not provide you with a refund because they already provided a security feature to secure your account but if a user doesn't use it then, they can easily defend it is not their mistake. Even though you're telling correct but if they refund you then many other scammers may try to do same. It is a hard way to learn a lesson but no choice now and need to move on. Sorry for you loses. |
