Stunna does appear on this forum on some occasions and he answers to people's concerns. However, if it is a customer service issue, you should raise a ticket on the primedice and you will receive a response in about 24 hours. I have done that severally and there have been good response from customer support. Alternatively, you can also sent a personal message to MICRO on this forum. he will respond to you.

I also agree with this. Even tho it's not really that big of a deal, it most certainly would be better if we were to have max payout button on withdraw menu.
Is it not there so that people wouldnt max everything out   because i can assure you how that wouldnt change a thing.

I asked that same question and had zero response from anyone:

We made some fixes other than speed today:

-Patched hotkeys to work properly when chat is open
-Win sound should now work for all users
-Removed spacing issue on copy pasting usernames/bets
-Password recovery captcha should now work properly.

There's a few minor front end things we will fix tomorrow. Will continue browsing for suggestions on this thread. One thing we are considering is having an option under settings that will allow you to turn off the "roll bar". Chat API documentation is being worked on as well.

I already remove that silly roll bar in the HTML as soon as I open the page. Would be great if we could turn it on and off with an option on the webpage.

It would also be appreciated if you shared some information about the new faucet limitations. Everything just feels like speculation at this point. People say it is limited to 50 claims per day but after only 3 claims today I was locked out.

Zero responses, because only owners and developers know the limit mechanics. Maybe it is some patent pending high tech limiting algorithm that must stay secret for the moment. Other possibility is that actually only one person knows the mechanic but he is on vacation, so...

there is no secret behind it just lowbie coding your faucet limit will reset after 24 hours later of your last claim it is not daily limit but it is 24 hours period between two 50 faucet run for example you got 25 today 25 tomorrow you have to wait 24 hours for next 50

i can open the site but its stock in the log in screen loading. not sure if its just because of my connection or there is some problem currently on PD.

Got the same problem. I think there's an error again or something to be fixed. I hate pd now, i notice house getting strict and your chance of winning here is too low now. I always lose and pd doesnt want me to win. pd is not fair anymore.

just wait for stunna/mods confirm it why it's down. Yea, i think so Primedice down again because maintenance. But ussually its not take a long time for them up again.

Can you prove this PD is manipulating the result of your betting, first you must learn how provably fair system work and dice always demand very good luck to beat the house, it doesn't matter who is the player but if you're losing there than you don't have luck with dice game.
