READ THIS! THERE'S A PROBLEM

Intro:

Hi, I'm a long time player of Primedice, my nickname is paizon217 (Early 2014). But before that, I'm a geeky guy who never ever download anything on his macbook (Not even browser's addons, and only visit trusted sites directly from his bookmarks), aside that, I always keep different passwords for all my online profiles.
Back to Primedice, I had good (where I withdrawn 60+ bitcoins) and bad days, and at the end, I lost 30 bitcoins.
That loss happened over the span of few months, few months ago.
So I know for a fact that primedice is not a scam.
From then, I randomly logged into primedice to play with faucet, few minutes per log.
Some days ago, I decided to deposit 0.52, as soon I received them, I played, and won 0.2, then in less than 2 seconds, I see 0.5 disappearing, therefore 0.2 left. (0.7-0.5=0.2).
At the very same time, all my recent bets disappear, and as my bet appeared on High Rollers tab, I checked there, just to see it became a green "0.0000", which of course, is not possible.

I tought it were a glitch, refreshed the page (nothing happened) and contacted support.
(In the while, I had my 0.2 in my account thinking it was some kind of glitch and to not "ruin the proof" or something).

Fast forward few hours after, support says my account may have been compromised. I check my account, and also the 0.2 disappeared.

I explain to them, all the above paragraph I just written in this post. I send it to them three times over six days. No answer. Completely ignored.

Now, there's three options:

1) A glitch with my account. (Highly possible looking at all the errors that happened)
2) I've been hacked. (For a fact, I deem impossible it happened, read my intro).
3) Some old primedice accounts were leaked (in some old leak) or some other leak (I really don't know but as 90% of companies, even major banks get hacked, I believe it is possible).


The real strange things, which makes me think it's a glitch are:

1) Bets disappeared
2) My HR bet displayed a green 0.0000
3) It all happened in 2 minutes. (How a hacker would check an account which get no deposit from 5+ months and hack it in less than few minutes? I know everything is possible, but really? It means it hacked a lot of accounts if he built a system to have calls of when a deposit is made even of a non active account and withdraw within 2minutes)

My rant, is: primedice, answered it been compromised, and completely ignored me after. A loyal costumer who made them earn over 15.000 euros.
Now I've to resemble to this thread to have an answer. Not so awesome. But atleast I hope this way it'll be solved.

(Yes I've gone broke if you wonder, otherwise if I were rich, I would hardly care about it. But 0.52 (350 euros) means a lot as of now to me, even tough I should not've betted them at all. Tough I won, and I pretend atleast my 0.52 back).

Issue with rolls showing 0.000000 is with how the session gets saved on your browser. We are working on fixing that asap. That is only a cosmetic issue though so you can look the bets up and see amount and all other info for it.
So that issue is not connected to your balance "disappearing" .

As for the unauthorized bet made on your account there are only 3 possible reasons for it:
1. Your account got compromised and the attacker made that bet.
2. You accidentally placed that bet.
3. You are trying to make it look like it.

Now i think its probably first of the three. I cant check login logs for your account so i will forward this to the developer and update you as soon as he checks it.

So that issue is not connected to your balance "disappearing" .

As for the unauthorized bet made on your account there are only 3 possible reasons for it:
1. Your account got compromised and the attacker made that bet.
2. You accidentally placed that bet.
3. You are trying to make it look like it.

I will re-iterate in chronological order(made up times but the time-length it's correct):

0:45 I send my 0.52 to my adress
1:00 0.52 is on my primedice account available for use.
1:00 I placed the bet. I won.
1:00 In half a second 0.5 gets withdrawn from my balance to some unknown adress.
1:01 I contact support, leaving the other 0.2 untouched to not complicate things more, believing it's a glitch and not someone hacking me.
1:05 I check my primedice account, 0.2 also withdrawn to some (other) unknown adress.
3:00 supports tell me my account may have been compromised. I reply 3 times in 6 days without response. completely ignored.

Even if this way not a glitch, but someone hacking me, that is 99.9% primedice's fault as my device is as clean as it could ever be. I listed what I do, plus I never left my personal adsl connection (no wi-fi) (in a rural area furthermore).

All companies get data leaked, just do a google search. JP morgan, Sony, Samsung, Twitter. Data says 90% of the companies with any worth get hacked.
So my opinion is primedice got somehow a partial leak 1+ year ago. As I never changed my password. Primedice could not admit it, just as many other companies until the data is shared online (aka empiric proof). I don't care, I just want my money back, if not the ones I won.
By the way, the above is more than an opinion, and I'll explain why:
1) If they hacked me (quite impossible) they would hardly log now and then in an account whom did not load anything for months. Which takes us to the second point.
2) It means the potential hacker (still if all this thing is not a glitch!) got a LOT of primedices logs, because he MUST have some automation in place, to withdraw from an account which deposited nothing for the past 6+ months in literally 2minutes ! And nobody will take automation in place to watch (being instantly notified of a deposit) 1-few unactive accounts.

That's quite close to some empiric proof in my opinion.

Plus I spent over 15.000 dollars on primedice,being called out "Trying to make it look like it" just for 350euros, it's not really nice.

No account has ever been compromised due to an issue on our side. If I had to guess you had a weak password and no 2FA set. I'm very sorry to hear that.

Oh well that is then 100% a compromised account. That two cashouts were made from two different IP addresses , so attacker used vpn.

The reason i did not reply back is probably that sometimes zendesk does not show me new reply's to a ticket response.
If you don't reply to a follow up please submit a new ticket with the reply and i will see that one.

Is there a way to change / disable 2FA and then re-enable it. In case the user is switching devices or needs to change the 2FA credentials? I don't see a way to remove it once it's been activated.
