Or maybe its not a valid bitcoin address but a litecoin address. I think the site checks against a database to make sure the address exists before sending money over.

Yeah we all have that problem and stunna already answered they are not going to change it since you can see the results on the "outcome bar"

Lol, yeh, I have no question that PD is very popular, but 3621 unique users online at this moment? Nah Even /r/bitcoin just has 438 users online atm (logged-in last 15 mins.) Bitcointalk has 818 users online atm. But PD more than 3000+?

Actually the "polling transport" says 412. Then "websocket transport" says 3807. Then now it's all of the sudden 1549. So definitely something is broken.

In the end I never care much about "online user" statistic though (highly depends on technical details.) But seems like PD should double-check how they count it.

Wouldn't be surprised something is broken xD just like the BTC won counter was down for quite a bit not so long ago. Users online seems to be quite a misleading piece of information anyway and also depends a lot on what the number is based on...

Yes, it must be true that may just be a server issues or probably congestion by user on the server that is causing the problem but I want to be sure primedice is using hosting with unlimited bandwidth that allow many number of people access a site without having any issues because they are for the limited webhosting plan there is bound to this kind problem from time to time.

what do you mean "That did got credited"?  I had two deposits that were made on 5/17/16.  One was for 14.2 BTC The other was for 9.8 BTC.   The one for 14.2 BTC took about 7 to 10 days to finally get credited to my account.  The other after 5 moths they still have not credited.

Whoa those are some fairly large amounts. Don't know what your total BTC is but I would be so nervous when that much money was stuck at withdraws/deposits.

There is something wicked happening often to the 24 hour btc won counter, it just keeps on counting up, even tho the numbers are quite unrealistic.

That counter is broken for several weeks now. Besides that it is just btc won and not the full stats so it's misleading.

Just don't pay attention to any numbers given by primedice.

You had problem with 14.2 because you used pd as coin mixer and blockchain saw your deposit as 0.0002 btc there was some issue with it and we credited it and compensated you.

Other one of 9.8 got credited after 1 confirmation. And you waited 5 months to claim it did not get credited. And dont make me post a story why you waited so long .
