I know there have been a lot of complaints about wait times for support, so for any of you that don't know, MICRO is working on being put in the actual support team, so once that happens responses should be much faster. He's also told me when he's in chat he'll offer live support there as well, so that will help a lot of you guys out.
Keep in mind though, he's only one guy and he does have to sleep and have a life

In the meantime, just try to be patient, or if it's something that's really urgent, PM me or MICRO on the PD chat and we will see what we can do.
