Is the win sound working for anybody? If so post what browser and OS you are using. I tried a few different platforms and can't get it to work.
Nope, win sound isn't working for me either. Stunna said that he's looking into the issue already and would hopefully find a solution soon. We'll wait for his response from here. |

On my side it is working just animation appearing on each in 2 different browser Firefox and Chrome, this need to be get fixed so that I can confirm this it is not functional at the moment, don't know that person hearing the that sound. |

I can think of few reasons why Edward would be asking you those kind of questions, regardless of the reason it is still not right to require someone to provide this kind of information when trying to withdraw his winnings. One the most attractive reasons people gamble with bitcoins is to stay anonymous and not provide any private info. If primedice suspects the coins might be stolen or gained in any illegal way they should cash him out and stop him from using primedice in the future. |

Yep, working for me.. The online count near the chatbox has gone down substantially this morning. I am not sure what caused it or why. It used to be always near the mid 600s, but now it is only a measly 300~.
Maybe this is because of the newly imposed restriction on countries?
Depends on the time of day, usually. I've seen 1000+ at a time, and then it drops drastically whenever chat has downtime and restarts, so that's why the drastic changes. Plus, people new to the site might be leaving after launch, etc. True. But then the online number suddenly dropped a few hundred this morning. Not sure why. They can't be leaving all together at the same time, can they  Maybe there are lot of bots running around by just one person, when he/she stops all of his bots the online users number goes down? Most common bot being used on PD is seuntjiesbot.. last I heard, it wasn't working on PD4.. not sure if seuntjie has fixed it yet.. if not, then bots being used probably isn't the *culprit* .. Think its not on Seuntjie to solve this, if i understand the problem correct its just near to impossible to connect with a bot from outside atm. Seuntjie does explain the problem in his thread, but ya, he is waiting on PD before anything can happen .. Well we just wait, thanks to the internet i always wanted everything faster, untill PD slowed me down Still waiting for @PrimeDice to fix the API/Migrate to API keys. No official ETA, as a lot of security testing needs to be done. #DiceBot

Not sure whether that is a PS'd photo or anything, but if it wasn't a PS'd photo, then Edward still has a very good reason to ask you all these questions. You probably used a coin mixing service, which is dodgy. However this does not sound like Edward at all. Why does he need to know when you first heard of bitcoin? Do you have any other bitcoin gambling accounts? That's just questions that don't really make sense. |

That is look a like a survey to improve their services nothing more than that but asking into wrong situation when a player got problem to take withdraw, hopefully that person problem will get resolved very soon there because PD is most trustworthy dice site. |

Nah , it happens to me sometimes . Clear the cache and try again . If it doesn't work , try another browser . I am sure it will work I heard kekeke made 80 btc from 0.01? That's awesome. Now PD give the man his prize! Really? Damn , that's great man , tell me you aren't kidding . That would be the greatest success for a gambler in history I think . Isn't it ? Hey, I forgot my (exact) password and your password recovery option is still not working (it keeps telling "incorrect captcha"). I tried contacting customer support; they asked me for my deposit address, I replied that I did not save it because I had not deposited* yet and I have not received any new answer. I would have no problem registering a new account (yet I would love to keep my old one, because of the username), but could you at least release my e-mail so that I can register again? Hey, If you do not have a balance and cannot access our standard account recovery I recommend simply creating a new account.
