I do not and will never support nor suggest begging money/bitcoin especially in gambling sites, they are not charitable institution but business.
That is one reason why faucet is available, if its not much, its already your problem.

Don't panic. There was a guy who had same problem too, now you should send a ticket to primedice support about your problem and waiting their reply.
