Why does the auto bet not stop when you click "stop betting". Was on mobile earlier and spammed the button, and it wouldn't stop. It kept going, and 4 bets later I lost 1.8 BTC.

Would highly recommend to never use autobet, especially on mobile. It happened too fast I could not exit out.

I just tested this on couple of android devices and it stops immediately.

Unfortunately i do not have any IOS devices to test it out. But I forwarded this to ours developers to do further testing.

This has happened to me several times on Mozilla for android. Sometimes it lags and when you hit stop, it tends not to respond and this forces you to continue pressing for it to stop. In the process, you send so many requests that end up stopping and starting at the same time. I think this is what happened to this guy.

I hope they owe up to this mistake, if they do proper testing they should definitely get the same results as we did. I can privately message all information.

MICRO, it was not my internet speed as I have 50mb/s+ at all times, and regardless if it was/wasn't, why would it be able to bet at normal speed continually but not stop?

I don't think they will give you back the 1.8 BTC, because you seem to be the only one with this issue. I have an 5 year old iPhone 5 and it maybe lagged for 0.5 sec and was stopped 1 roll too late.

In general its never a good idea to gamble huge amounts on a mobile device, you should always do it on a desktop instead.

Well here is my analogy:

If user #1 uses Google Chrome on Android and bets 0.5 BTC on 2x on autobet, and loses fair and square, of course it's his fault.
If user #2 uses Google Chrome on iOS, bets more than 0.5 BTC on 2x and tries to cancel it 5 bets before, it's definitely not his fault.

Does that mean every user will have this issue? No. But just because the issue is not extremely common, it does not mean it is non-existent.

If I wanted my BTC back that badly, I'd probably have done something different than report an issue that doesn't exist, as that gives me no chance at all. FYI I was 3+ BTC up on the account, I am not poor and butthurt because of this, I am simply angry at the service itself.

Just wondering, why I just have 3 affiliate registrations? I believe I had some number like 79 referred users but the new site design shows just 3 users. I mean, I do even have the star achievement and I was close to the celebrity achievement.

In fact there is a reply and if you need your problem to be solved immediately then you should just send a ticket instead. Every site has its own problem and so far I dont see anything significant about them being messed up . The recent issue of autobet not stopping might be caused by your own connection issue

Due to some spammers there is a small requirement now to be able to chat. I think the requirement is that you need to wait like a day or do a few rolls in your BTC account to prove you aren't a spammer.

Either way its been a while since I made a new account so I have no clue but my advice is to deposit some funds, make a few bets, and check again tomorrow.

No need to worry when you didn't make any mistakes with all these reputed sites. Sometimes it may be delayed, but finally, you will get it.
