PrimeDice has had issues before, especially in PD3 with the autobet not stopping right away. I remember in PD3 it would wait 2-4 more bets before actually stopping.
Hell, for all I know, Primedice's database could glitch, and your balance would go from 10.0 to 0 without making a bet, and they'd still not refund you. Very bad customer support for that reason, I think these issues need to start going more public. People should know about how Primedice handles these issues.
It's only because Primedice's voice is louder than mine, that my voice can't be heard. Very bad business model.

The only way I could see this as our fault is if the stop autobet button vanished. |

Most people has 10% as their Commission of Edge so, you will get 7 BTC if he was your affiliate. Such a huge amount of money if we able to refer some 'crazy' highrollers to play under our affiliate link. This is one way, albeit not the only one, to get free money from online gambling sites. Too bad most HR's just create some alts to roll big so mostly they aren't been reffed by anyone. Than you haven't seen Micro's ref earnings.  Yeah lol. I got huge commission back in the day. Haven't used my ref links for a while now though. My total commission atm is sitting at 38 btc. 38 btc is total earning from the affiliate program right? Or 38 btc is made in just one month(which I think highly impossible)? |

Unless they have changed something recently I don't think you can. I actually ended up losing an account with great reputation and bankroll when I upgraded my iPhone and couldn't transfer the 2fa over. I didn't record the 2fa code before adding it on my phone so I couldn't put it on the new one. For some annoying security reason, Apple lets you restore everything except passwords and those 2fa codes, so I basically had to withdraw everything and make a new account. |

I do not see any lag or delay in chat.Hope you had a bad day with your rolls as i see that you lost a couple of bitcoins for the day.Today was a big day for prime dice as i have seen some major reds from a player who lost more 200 bitcoins with his rolls doing 20 bitcoins every single roll. Hope he will recover as i have seen him gaining some major profits earlier. |
