I've been lurking for a few minutes then saw some good action in the high rollers tab. I'm not sure if he's still in profit but after the 49x payout he won several times on different payouts then gradually increased the betsize eventually pulled these wins.

It's basic instinct of human, and not strange at all.
It's more of the confidence factor why someone shows his wins and doesn't show his losses. That's base of my perspective and others too I guess. When someone shows his wins, he's very much happy to share it with others.

And for those gamblers that doesn't willing to show their losses it's more of frustration and they don't want others to know that they lost.
Generally, betting or gambling should be used as one of way to relax online, and should not go further than that.
It's my personally approach till the day I joined gambling area.

I'm afraid of showing my losses but I'm proud to show my wins, what you are saying is true.  Grin
Proofs of losses are important.
Let's see two sides of proofs:
- Proofs of wins: give gamblers greedy feeling that they can win. So, it will force them to uncarefully gambling.
- Proofs of losses: give gamblers the risks of losing money. So, it will help them to be more careful with their gambling decisions.
That is what I meant.  Grin
That is something like the common idiom "Too good to be true".  Cheesy

There's always purposes why gamblers deal with something, showing your winnings gives you a big confidence to try reaching much further, while hiding your loses only dictates that you don't want being intimidated to keep pursuing and trying your luck to comes up and bring you the bounce back that you are waiting, gamblers tend to enjoy while winning and forget things when start losing their money.

It's gamblers ways to express emotions I guess.

It is true not only for gamblers, but also for investors, generally.
It's gamblers ways to express emotions I guess.
Investors, tend to show proofs of their profitable investments, whilst usually avoided mentioning or showing proofs of their unprofitable investments or losses.
Honestly, I always don't want to mention about my losses with anyone.

Hey those are some big numbers he’s won it seems it’s his lucky day at Primedice, I do hope he has cashed out those winnings for his sake.

This is what I find quite interesting. Winning 2.5 thousand dollars doesn't seem like a lot of money, I mean sure its good chunk of money but its not advertisement worthy, if you look at that bet the result win is nothing to show off and is definitely not the point of the showcase, its the odds of winning that much money, he hit on x16 which is a really low odd so that is why it is showcased.

Hey it totally depends from which side you see those 2.5k dollars, for a whale that will be his small bet amounts and he won’t even bother, but for a normal gambler that’s quiet a huge amount. Lastly I’ll disagree with you on the show off part, as I feel all winning amounts need to be appreciated.

That's being a man, we don't talk about our failure but we like to express our words on our success.
It's hard to win in gambling, either you are a player or an investor so if there is success, we love to boost it and it will only help us build our confidence.
Everyone is free to express their emotion but I like not to show some emotion in gambling, it's better to do it in a professional manner.

Just wondering how many rolls he did before he got that 16x. Wink

We all think there were many rolls made before that winning bet, but in reality it is not always the case. It took me only 24 bets once to win with 0.01% win chance(9900x). And it wasn't just once that I hit 99x payout from the very first roll. Today I tried 999x and within 400 rolls I made there were 4 very close results, but no wins. I gave up eventually although it wasn't easy to do, I must admit. Smiley

That is not being a man, that's being a western person, you guys in Europe or USA or even japan if I am not wrong tend to talk about your success.

In my country people always try to look like they are doing "just fine" and not anything else, there are billionaires in my country that literally went on TV and pulled out his pockets (which had nothing in them) and said "you probably have more money on you than me, I came from nothing and I will go to nothing" or something like that. That is extreme tough, we usually try to look like we are not dead poor or we are not super rich even if we are one of those things.

Culturally we do not talk about our success too much because its rude if the other person is not as successful as you are, we tend to talk about our failures in front of them to make people relate to us and understand us better.

Cool. Is this what chart bet on stake will be about?
Betting on the future price of bitcoin or will it be about something different?
I remember from last year there were some other sites which offer to bet on what they think the bitcoin price would be by a certain time of the next day.
When it was a topic of conversation and rising. Not really when it is falling and stagnant like it has been for the past 8 months or more. Undecided

This is not how chartbet looks like. Chartbet only goes up hehe
And the site you are talking about, the activity is called binary options i think haha but then the price break through 4000$ and is a good sign that bitcoin is still alive and kicking

Obviously it's alive and good things for gambling sites also as more gamblers are coming back to play again.
The growth has been consistent and the 1 week graph for BTC is very attractive, I wouldn't be surprise if I will wake up tomorrow seeing it at $5K already.

I don't think we will be leaving the bear market unless we see above 6k. So even $5k is early for a celebration. If we see above $6k however, it will be rocketing to $20k in a week and will probably go above $50k in a few days. That's if we leave the bear market though, not before.

Well unfortunately it droped to $3.8k Sad

It's always based on some world news / event. Let's wait and see, still being speculative Smiley

Altough those prices are way too over the possible outcome Cheesy ($20k, $50k)

There's a retracement today, it's a big dump but it's alright.
We are still in our way, the volume looks good and hopefully there will be no more dump, slowly we can rise again.
It will be relevant discussing here more if we will see the chartbet life, I know this will be soon.

The price is relevant somewhat to the casino however. If the price of Bitcoin or any large cap Cryptos in general keeps dropping more and more the casinos will lose customers and lose out on potential profits.

If the price keeps increasing more and more, it will be the complete opposite. Bitcoin will again make headlines, people will talk about it on Thanksgiving thru word of mouth and many of those adopters will proceed to fund their casino account with BTC.

The price of Crypto going down is not good for the market. Look at how many projects were cancelled and how many people were laid off when we broke the $6K support. Many miners were forced to shut down their BTC and ETH rigs and made the network a little more centralized in doing so.

Yeah right, the value fell back again seems that the rally  can't overcome the bearish market and needs to have more back up before the real
strong movement will happen, or also whales who already gained acceptable profits are cashing out from that recent small pumped.

Needs time for complete bounce back, maybe more big whale gamblers can help lifting the value to go high again.. Grin Roll Eyes

I think price doesn't affect the casino in a way it does an exchange, casinos can be seen as places you gamble and that's it, fiat/crypto/gold/stocks doesn't matter what you play with. In that sense if the price goes up and down it shouldn't matter because if a person wants to gamble what they gamble with shouldn't matter.

However, there are of course people who leave crypto for good when price goes down, it did happened during this 20k to 4k drop and people left and that is why it did affected the casinos a lot as well.

This small drop shouldn't tough, I mean just a bit time ago we were at 3400 and knocking on the bottom again whereas now we are above 3800 as a "drop" which is as good as it can get for many of us. So not many people probably left and it wouldn't be worrying for the casinos.

Betting with over 3 Litecoin, and won with more than 52 litecoin.
It is very high-betting return.
I have a feeling that only winners shown proofs of their wins, losers don't want to show proofs of their losses.
It makes sense.

Just wondering how many rolls he did before he got that 16x. Wink

No matter how many rolls that he might do because on dice game is just matter of luck whether you are going to hit and even you can do it in the first bet, soa as I can say this is nothing more about luck that play a role. And btw 16x is not really a big deal, so might hit it under 1000 rolls or 100 rolls but if you comparing it to 990x or 9900x then this must be really hard to hit
