I don't think that's a good idea. Most people use their computers and tablets to help them with their daily lives. Such as paying bills, keeping up to date with news, seeing what their family is doing on Facebook.

Its very difficult to just stop using any type of internet-connected device. And it won't really help because the gambler can just go to a local casino anyways and gamble there.

Burning all of your devices is probably one of the last solutions you would do because of how costly it is and I agree with adaseb without these devices you could still feed on your addiction. Also you could get the same result by asking someone to confiscate your devices. Another best solution to stop one's addiction is store their money away where it's out of their reach.

What the hell!!?? Burning all desktops and laptops just to not gamble? You gotta be insane if you think that is the first thing you would do in an addiction position. Look if you are so bad in gambling addiction and you need to burn your possession to just stay aware than you need to go see a professional way before you burn anything down. Go see a doctor, get a rehab, stay there for a while if you have to like drug addicts but in the end you will get out of there much better.

I think we should go back to talking about primedice instead of focusing on addiction, I doubt they really like the gambling addiction talk all that much on their gambling topic lol. Not that primedice wouldn't help anyone with that issue, they would do their best to help them out in anyway they could but it is just in bad taste.
