Some time cashouts have some problem but all is working very good and fair and PD support is also very quickly responding to all emails

Maybe to yourself they are quick, I can't argue on that.

But my experience with PD support email is terrible. Days and sometimes weeks to answer emails. Always very rude and unhelpful.
I was even suggested to stop playing in PD by support itself, because apparently they could not handle supporting a customer that asks legitimate questions.
All is fine now, although my experience with PD lately is minimal. The 5, 10s lag time to place a bet sometimes just made me lose interest as well.
All in all is a good game, but too many flaws: the chat is a mess, the lag is intolerable, the cashout processing is too damn slow, the email support is unhelpful and clearly disinterested in users concerns.
The failed deliveries of version 3 also don't make it look any good overall.
And I doubt that the current problems would be fixed with a new version. Hope I'm wrong.

By the way, what about that guy that found out the secret key for the day (as some said) and took quite a huge load from the house? Nobody really cares about this, right?

I have never advertised it what-so-ever.  If someone asks me for it I will let them buy a copy, but I make sure to never advertise it.

I had a good game last night until my greed took the best of me. Was able to cash out rather quickly, took about 2-3 minutes for the transaction to him my wallet. When ever i've contacted support or Stunna i've always experienced fast and prompt response.

I know it varies with different people and support but the few times I've contacted them it's been good.

5-10 s is too bad to be true,nobody will believe this, let me tell you that my internet ping now is 500ms and i make bets instantly without lag.

i told you i have the worst internet in the world and iam using PD about 6 months and for me its the fastest dice site in rolling and thats why i stuck with it cause my internet sucks.

i cashout many times (about 15 times ) some of them instantly and some few hours but anyway i got my money, and most important i use my pd account as wallet so i have btc in my pd acc more than what i have with blockchain cause i trust the site

i used email support four times and they responded each time, maybe there is difference in local time so that they response the next day but not days and weeks as you said.

You are funny, I havent even wager 0.1 and the support responds to me in less than 24hours and cashouts are mostly instant.

for lag i think its your internet problem, i dont have much lag though i have very bad internet service my ping 350-500 ms, so check your ping its the most probable cause for lag.

The only probable reasoning behind this would be the user running malicious 3rd party code. BE CAREFUL GUYS.

Since when it's not allowed to give your opinion here and if you have any problem with the site? I look at the LN thread and ton of PD trolls wrote there but no one complaining about service.

the difference between LN and PD is like the difference between 1.5 million and 625,000,000 way too far, but some promoters and admins like klein promote LN the wrong way by writing rude comments here or in PD chat and saying they'll no longer rain in pd chat, instead they'll rain @ LN, trying to grab new users.

Klein is contradicting himself when he says the chat is a mess and you see him @ pd chat nearly everyday before and after the launch of LN, then he says there is 5-10 s lag in rolling and everybody knows that is not true, because if you are rolling with that insane lag ( and i see you rolling at pd too much and sometimes @ high rollers) then you are idiot, i tried the LN site when faucet was 5555 there but the lag is way too more than PD and i have to press the roll button two to three times to respond!!

P.S: i respect MICRO, he is admin @LN i think and works there but he didn't break the rules and flooding PD thread and chat with rude comments trying to grab some users.
