If you read it you'll learn that casinos that use this sort of provable fair system will get detected for trying to abuse it. Whether you want to trust an online casino is your decision but at the end of the day there is nobody in the bitcoin gambling space more established and trusted.

Not condoning the idea, but there aren't any verifiers like the one that caught dicebitco.in yet, and also, there are many other ways to commit such a crime that are way less noticeable/subliminal I bet...no one knew that what dicebitco.in did was possible.

Commission is 20% of the HOUSE profits, so the effective house edge if the user is referred is 0.80%, the base 1% minus the 20% from referrals.

What if the player is using a low Wiin Chance making the payout greater than 8x?  Would winning the jackpot roll payout less than he would had otherwise?

At a 8xpayout you cant win on the 77.7 and even though the winnings from the jackpot will be added to the normal winnings of that roll.

I have already seen several losing streaks which were much longer than 20 in a row.
