Why not be the best of both? But in all seriousness I agree with your sentiment. I think we will end up significantly nerfing the faucet to only be a fun bonus for new users, entirely changing it to a once/twice a day daily reward or removing it entirely. I think any of these choices will result in a major backlash from the people who use the faucet, many of them think they are entitled to the rewards as they gained levels so they could use it and think that any nerf is robbery. The amount of support emails related to the faucet is staggering and has made it harder and harder to finish more important ones in a timely manner.
The key way to sort out this situation in my opinion is creating a system which rewards people with higher levels without being as expensive/gimmicky as the faucet. Ideally I want to make the faucet a minigame that can be played once or twice a day with scaling rewards based on level.
What about removing the faucet system completely, and use the bitcoin saved to lower the house edge % for everyone? Or may be a higher level account will have a lower house edge % instead? |

Some people only use chat because they want more faucet, and other invest in the game cause they want more faucet, if you change or remove the faucet , the people who was playing to lvl up, will be "scammed".
I know, it's free money, but too much people plays only for faucet and invests a lot of time and money.
I think you have to find something right for primedice and the users.

Maybe you just need to make a separate Support email for faucet problems, possibly FaucetBitching@primedice.com, that way the important issues that need resolving are not lost and/or delayed greatly.  |

I think it will confirm but if it doesn't it will get back to ur wallet after 72h i think. If it confirms it will land to ur balance. |

I think its bullshit that Stunna has the ability to go and red flag EVERY NEW DICE SITE ADMIN. Calling them a scam with no evidence. Red flagging and hurting the competition. Honestly, its about as low as going to each business and burning them down. Wouldn't be surprised if PrimeDice was responsible for DDOS attacks somewhere in the past. Shady, shady, SHADY.

It is bullshit and reality. Lot of people received his money so he has lot of supporters here. No one even dares to question him and PD any more and seems there is lot of issues and scam accusations towards PD. Those 100BTC that got stolen, seems all is handled unprofessionally. Wish he was more like dooglus, giving bad trust or good trust only when really deserved. |

Why are you so sure, why do you think stunna would tell you if they do it? They don't have to trash each and every other site but still they do And other than that , nobody of them are online atm to refill hot wallet, so its nobody of them for sure .
