I had one question through the whole whitepaper... PoS details are lacking who actually performs the PoS minting.

Maybe I missed it, but I did see half tx fees get burned, and the other half go back to the foundation. So what is the PoS incentive? That would lead me to believe every participating business in the network would be required to not only have access to a payment gateway, but are expected to run a device onsite in full node style?

If there are no tx fees, and the businesses have to host devices to move the chain, then they are incurring added power costs that aren't known yet.

Are there devices for the payment gateways spec'd yet, or is every business going to have a standardized, secured Point of Sale solution provided by PARAGON?

This was indeed a typo we missed upon posting, the 50,000,000 is reserved for a stage 2 crowd sale. You can read more about this in our White Paper.

Glad to see a serious project about the cannabis industry. Cannabis is a huge market and its important to have blockchain application in it. More and more country legalized cannabis, in us more states have legalized it and the market growth each years. There is a big demand on it and a lot of money in this industry.
Its a pretty good idea to build a project about that, especially to link it with crypto world and blockchain technologies,
The cannabis industry suffer from a lack of information about the product, your project will change and its a very nice idea. Consumers will be more satisfied if he know what he bought, and sellers will be glad too to sell it to someone with a real prescritpion.

Cannabis is health, I saw the comments here, as if it was just the decriminalization of a drug, and only. But, believe me, there is much more behind this project, diseases like glaucoma and other even more serious attacks of this birth and that last for a lifetime, the project really surprises for bringing solutions to legalize and market, making what today is prohibited , In a supply chain, that from cultivation to consumption will bring thousands of benefits to humanity, of course the entertainment is not left out and this makes it even more attractive.
