My suggestion is to research on your own about the teams doing the ICO.
Most of the time, ICOs can be just too much hype but cannot deliver on the long term.

For me, currently I have looked into CommerceBlock (promising project) and GoNetwork (won a hackathon - Vitalik Buterin judging).
Seems Ripio Credit Network is also a good one as they have 3 years + and ready market already.

So far i am wacthing crypterium and auctus. Auctus really look legit tho. The github have progress and they already hire a very good advisor for their project. I dont know if they will get max cap which is 90k ethereum. But i believe at least they will get half of max cap easily. They already gathered almost 1k ethereum in pre sale. They also did not give too much bonus. Thats why i like auctus

I prefer to stay away from ICOs for now, because Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best things to hold, in addition, most of ICO tokens crash in exchange markets, there are too many examples.
